Fish with jerkbaits at night near baitfish and deeper water access with a rocky or gravelly bottom and be patient, walleye are moving a lot more that time of year so finding active feeding fish can be tough but really rewarding
Luv your video..thanks for sharing..Where would a good spot to start be this time of year of october.? Whats the best lake to walleye in Missouri. Want to try walleye ....thanks

Not specifically targeting walleye but I have caught them up there while bass and crappie fishing on the main lake points near the southern section of the gravois during the summer
@@indepthangling thanks man- I’m from up north but my house down there is on the Gravois- I hammer crappie year round and I have decided that I am gonna figure the walleye out there. I refuse to believe that there isn’t walleye up that direction, it is just not many people target them- I know there are fish at the island right at the mouth of the Gravois- see you on the water man
@@jadehagey7584 no problem that's the area I have run into them a few times deep crankbaits for bass caught them and I got 1 on a crappie jig up there a few years ago
All of these highland resevoirs fish very similar. Tablerock and beaver fish almost exactly the same as he is describing in this video. For summer time you want to fish long flat/ slow taper points that run way out into the lake. May-june they are really spread out from main lake points to back creeks, usually 15-20 feet is best, july 20-25 and august they will usually be 25-30 roughly.
I would like to see some walleye catching videos on lake O in the spring and fall. Have been trolling for Crappie in the Niangua and have accidentally caught walleye a time or two. Intend to do that on purpose going forward.
Good video. What would be you recommendation for walleye on the upper Osage and/or Truman lake for late March?
