I’m addicted in watching her interviews. It’s like she is so well spoken and has very positive thoughts on everything but at the same time so very down to earth that you learn something from her every time you hear her speaks.
people talk about how they didnt like the character Jenny Lind. I actually find her to be one of the most interesting and fascinating characters. She obviously had a troublesome and hard childhood and feels like she will never really fit in. I mean, she must be so sad emotionally. Yes it wasnt right to try to kiss P.T. but can you actually blame her if you think about it? They share this feeling of never really fitting in, so she found someone who understands. He praises her everywhere and gives her a good feeling. But all he really does is using her for getting more famous and well known. When all she wants is someone who understands. So i get why she maybe fell in love and was hoping he might feel the same. I was mad during the scene too but after the movie it got me thinking... there are always different sides to the story i guess
She is a very interesting character indeed. But in the real story of Jenny Lind, she did not fall for PT. She was happily married and quit the show business after being tired of touring. However, I agree that her passionate role is just phenomenal.
daydreamerrx3 I thought her character was tragic and it said a great deal when the character said most of her $ is donated to charity. Also when she (her character, sadly not actually her) cried and tried to be composed and was for the most part..well..it reminded me of Adele. 1st time she sings never be enough reminded me of Glee during the ballads.
In my opinion she was the best character in the whole movie. Yes her character arc was short but when I think of that movie I really think of her character. All the other characters in my opinion had the simplest most bland story arcs and character development whereas Jenny Lind's character was so cold yet powerful and she was both frustrating yet human. Even though she didn't say much and was in it for so little time but she had such a presence. She was complex, incredibly human and Rebecca Ferguson MADE that character come to life. Let's be honest, Jenny Lind was probably just meant to be some bump in the road for Barnum but in my opinion Ferguson stole the show with her characterization.
Even though she didn’t actually sing the song “never enough” ( which was actually Loren Allred from season 3 of the voice on abc)I really did enjoy her in this film. I’ve seen it 3 times already and the way they filmed her and the way she acted was just absolutely brilliant. I definitely clap every time as if I’m seeing this film live, afterwards. And so does everyone else!
I would definitely say Jenny is my favourite character in the movie. And knowing the fact she didn’t sing the song didn’t disappoint me. It just makes me more amazed by how she can make it look like the emotions of the song is engulfing her and express the emotions of the song so well. HOWEVER, I REEAALLY REAAAALLLY wanted her character to be developed more. Like her backstory and also why was she just introduced and then made to leave so suddenly? Her character had so much potential.
Her scene brought me to tears. I was in awe the entire time. My eyes were watery. I know it wasn't her voice. It was Loren Allred's. but the voice works really well with her act.
I went in not knowing I was seeing a musical at all. I generally do not like musicals, because I feel the musical numbers completely take you out of the movie. However, I left the theater with every song from it playing in my head. The audience I saw it with actually applauded when the movie ended. That is so rare these days. This movie just makes you feel so damn great!
I was in awe when i saw her sang on the greatest showman.. so soulful, powerful...it sneaks in! I had goosebumps and i can feel the tears rolled in my eyes.
I have been listening to the music everyday since I've seen the movie last Saturday. I'm one of those people who got goosebumps listening to the music from this movie. I love each and every song. I want to actually see it again. That's how much I enjoyed this movie and will be buying it on DVD when it comes out.
Her final line is exactly what happens as the credits role. You sit mesmerised as your soul floats on a cloud, knowing it has just witnessed theatrical beauty in all its fullness. This movie could also be titled, "The Greatest Show", at least in this reviewer's eyes for many a year...
i have hear jenny lind sing this song over and over, others have sung it too.yet they dont match jennys.delivery of the song..and a incredibly beautiful voice and lady too..WOW..
Yes, Rebecca Ferguson, she is very beautiful and respectful. I thought she was a princess, but she also looks like a queen. I love her so much and I love her movies. I wish I could marry a woman like her, Rebecca, the most beautiful European I've ever seen. I wish her happiness in her life
Met Rebecca and her Mum a few months ago in Hackney. She was wonderful. At the time I had no idea who she was (she’d just done ‘Life’) and she couldn’t have been lovelier. Totally down to earth, entirely gracious to me as someone who teaches actors to sing. Fabulous lady.
As far as I'm aware there are no existing recordings of Jenny Lind's voice, at least not available to the public. Jenny Linds singing career was during the mid-1800s, so today we mainly have written descriptions of what her voice sounded like.
Rebecca performed incredibly in this movie. Jenny Lind in real life was a philanthropist. I believe she married her piano accompanist and they lived happily ever after. Beautiful movie though even though there was some divergence from history which is common with most movies. Jenny finally left the tour after almost 100 performances as she traveled all over the country and she was exhausted.
I got those goose bumps... Enjoyed and downloaded every single song on that movie after watching it. I listen to the soundtrack on the way to work. Ive even caught my self singing along on a crowded train.
The singer you hear is not Rebecca Ferguson but Loren Allred. "When you see the new movie musical The Greatest Showman in theaters over the holidays, you’ll probably be amazed by the singing voice coming out of Rebecca Ferguson‘s mouth. Well, that’s not actually Rebecca singing. Her voice was dubbed with singer Loren Allred‘s for her role as Jenny Lind. Loren is best known for making it to the Top 20 on season three of The Voice. She was on Adam Levine‘s team and went home way too early! Rebecca has raved about Loren‘s work in interviews. “She is the most incredible singer. I am an actress and that is what I trained to do at least,” she told Collider. Even though she didn’t perform the vocals in the movie, she still worked with a vocal coach for a month and a half to learn how to sing the track so that she could properly perform it on stage during the scene. Rebecca did go to music school, but she says, “There is a difference in being able to sing a tune and hold it and do a fairly good job… [and to] play the world’s best opera singer. If I would F-U-C-K that up, I would be embarrassed. So I thought, ‘Loren, you just go for it, girl!’” www.justjared.com/2017/12/20/meet-loren-allred-rebecca-fergusons-singing-voice-in-the-greatest-showman/
Joey Enderle I saw this today with my boyfriend and he saw a side of me he's never seen. I was furious then shocked then just in awe. I also noticed how the bearded lady shaved her armpits... it doesn't make sense with the time period and if she was ashamed of her beard why not shave that too aye?
The reason on why the song doesnt sound operatic is due to she is not really singing never enough to the audience. Never enough is just a thought and emotion that those two characters have. All of the songs that they sang was not the songs performed at that time.
Why didn't every woman in the film have hairy armpits, too, then? Because no-one wants to see that. Well, no-one normal, anyway. And you could say the same thing about every historical film, couldn't you? Casablanca? Bring out the hirsute women! Every Marilyn Monroe, Greta Garbo and Audrey Hepburn movie made? Let's see those fur-lined 'pits! Ava Gardner? Vivien Leigh? Let's see all of that armpit-wool, ladies - you know you want to! Anyway, you were meant, I think, to concentrate on the hair on her face, rather than the characteristics she shares with more than half the people on the planet. Just sayin'...
Gorgeous woman and so very passionate, it seems, in everything she does. Her features and body movements while singing Never Enough (which by the way, I cannot get enough of), are spectacular. Had never heard of her before this, but I am won over.
Me too. She looks like those amazingly charming and elegant old Hollywood divas while being able to keep that girl-next-door feeling of genuineness and joy. There are way better actresses around but she was definitely blessed with a beautiful, expressive face you cant keep out of the screen.
Beautiful, passionate and ethereal woman! She played her character so well... as did all the cast. Simply a powerful masterpiece and meta-narrative for life!
been fan of her since Mission Imposible.. but now i've seen her in the greatest showman.. maaan i fell in loove deepeerrrrr 😍😍😍😍.. like she's insanely georgeus.. omg😢😢😍😍😍❤❤❤
All too rarely along comes an actress as utterly beguiling as this lovely woman. Her poise, femininity and grace are a joy to behold, and despite her very obvious natural beauty and charm, presents herself with such forcefulness without obnoxiousness.
She's gonna be back as Tom Cruise's female lead in Mission Impossible 6 scheduled to open on July 27, 2018.This will be the first MI movie to be released in 3D.
Damn I wish he stop making those damn Mission Impossible movies they aren't doing well at the box office I'm surprised execs haven't said "Tom stop already." As for him doing his own stunts Cruise is going to end up like Christopher Reeves he's not in his 20s anymore. I know people are going to mention Jackie Chan does his own stunts & he's getting old too well Jackie is trained martial artist so he can get get away with it.
Oh Rebecca ferguson i totally love this film i can honestly say i will put this movie on my top5 favorite movies of all time and i dont even like watching theatrical or musical i watched this movie by accident and totally inlove with this movie, its not just the music there's a lot to learn also from this film.
never seen her before in my life: Instantly mesmerized. astounding actress in every fashion.Gwenneth Platrows replacement, Im afraid. who sand th song? damn !!
thanks. i went AND WATCHED HER TOO. THE SONG IS STUCK IN MY HEAD. ITS HARD TO SING. MAN, WHEN SHE WAS COMING ON TO HUGH JACKMAN IN THE MOVIE, I WAS WONDERING IF THERE WAS ANY WAY THAT ANY MAN COULD RESIST. .... OUCH, SHE IS GORGEOUS
She's so well spoken and passionate about this movie musical 😍
I’m addicted in watching her interviews. It’s like she is so well spoken and has very positive thoughts on everything but at the same time so very down to earth that you learn something from her every time you hear her speaks.
I adore her... I fall in love with Rebecca she's so authentic, well spoken, elegant, beautiful... She's the most beautiful woman I ever saw.
Alejandra Ramos completely yes
Yes, makeup fools everyone. Jk shes still beautiful dow
*She is pretty*
She's gorgeous😍
Rachel Fifer Found out that her measurements is 36-25-36 OMG
Rachel Fifer
The real Jenny Lind was, but not Rebecca Ferguson.
Was she Scott Eastwood's wife in Wildest Dreams?
Yeah
allansacris ...ok?
She was incredibly gorgeous as Jenny Lind in the film.

no i was just referring to the character in the movie but thanks for pointing that out, i will check it out
I agree. She needs more attention. She also did not love Barnum.
She is a very interesting character indeed. But in the real story of Jenny Lind, she did not fall for PT. She was happily married and quit the show business after being tired of touring.
However, I agree that her passionate role is just phenomenal.

When she sang, I cried in the movie
Sublime 7everine. It’s not her singing but same
Gabriel Violet wait then who sang it!?
Michaela DeSimone Loren Allred
Michaela DeSimone. What she said
Tina Leung ah I thought so! Thanks for clarifying!
Even though she didn’t actually sing the song “never enough” ( which was actually Loren Allred from season 3 of the voice on abc)I really did enjoy her in this film. Isabel Simpson RIGHT!!!!! I’ve seen it 3 times also and this scene is by far my favorite. She’s such a good actor.
I would definitely say Jenny is my favourite character in the movie. And knowing the fact she didn’t sing the song didn’t disappoint me. It just makes me more amazed by how she can make it look like the emotions of the song is engulfing her and express the emotions of the song so well. same! To everyone and everything. She's was so beautiful in the movie and emotional. It was perfect. One of the most memorable scenes.
Isabel Simpson She did sing it, but was changed by her choice at the end. At least that’s what I heard.
@@wolfpakave5084 I wish there was a recording of it somewhere. Would love to hear it.
Her scene brought me to tears. I was in awe the entire time. My eyes were watery. I know it wasn't her voice. It was Loren Allred's. but the voice works really well with her act.
Rebecca Ferguson is so beautiful to watch and listen to. She made that song Never Again even if she was only lip synching. She gave it its emotion.
I didn't get "enough" of her song. I loved it.
not her song, her performance. Loren Allreds song
you might say, never enough.....
ILL GO! GOOD BYE!
True, Loren Allred sang the song 'Never Enough' beautiful rendition, but very sad she is nowhere mentioned as being the actual singer of the score
Alli E Loren made the song? 🤨
I love her hair, her eyes, her lips, her smile, her accent. Just all of her
I went in not knowing I was seeing a musical at all. I generally do not like musicals, because I feel the musical numbers completely take you out of the movie. she's BEAUTIFUL!!

Well I had goosebumps all throughout Lynd's first performance of Never Enough. It was so crazy!! Brought tears to my eyes. 😢
She's drop dead gorgeous on and off film! My Gosh!!!
The way she says "It's incredible" at 0:49 is INCREDIBLE!
Listening her (speaking and singing) is simply pleasure ❤
her perfomance literally gave justice to lorrens voice
Her and Natalie Dormer my two favorite well spoken QUEENS.
Wow, seems I am not alone here. xD They are different, but somehow share some unique similarities... aren't they.
Rome Blanchard I love them both too!!!
Rome Blanchard OMG YES!!!
Rome Blanchard yeah both of them played queens too
Her final line is exactly what happens as the credits role. You sit mesmerised as your soul floats on a cloud, knowing it has just witnessed theatrical beauty in all its fullness. This movie could also be titled, "The Greatest Show", at least in this reviewer's eyes for many a year...
They have casted the perfect person for Jenny Lind 😍
She is the MOST BEAUTIFUL actress in the whole world.I was so emotional when She sings in the movie
I can feel the confidence in her speaking...!!
she's so passionate about this!
i have hear jenny lind sing this song over and over, others have sung it too.yet they dont match jennys.delivery of the song..and a incredibly beautiful voice and lady too..WOW..
Bootiful lady.

She’s so beautiful
Yes!!
Omg, hi Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrebecca
The segment of you acting and singing THAT SONG captured me, just as you say the movie should!
ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!!
Love her! If they ever do a biopic of Ingrid Bergman, Rebecca has got to play the part! 😍
She is a gem and has such a way with words. Love her!
never enough with her. shes phenomenal.
"phenomenal" is Rebecca favourite word
this is a real woman decent and elegant.
Rebecca Ferguson swept me away that I had to go on youtube to find out what the real Jenny Lind sounded like. Bravo performance.
Well. the real Jenny Lind sounded absolutely nothing like this! Modern "belt" is completely out of period. Fail.
Yes I know
I've been searching for a week now. Apparently, there are no recordings of Lind's voice. :(

she was phenomenon in the movie. This will goes down as one of the best musical film in history, at least imo.
She's stunning and I am so glad she is getting great movie roles now.

I. Your. Geny. Lind
This movie is based on real facts ?
I've seen the movie 8 times and I admire the way she carries herself as the character so much💕
She got it right. You left the movie at alias for words of what you just saw. It was really emotional & brilliant.
Rebecca Ferguson is perfection personified, just mind blowing at its best!
she was so beautiful in the movie, omg! never getting over this ;-;
I got those goose bumps... Enjoyed and downloaded every single song on that movie after watching it. I listen to the soundtrack on the way to work. Ive even caught my self singing along on a crowded train.
Beautiful , classy and a great actress.

I am a fan now...just watched every single movie she is in. I am hooked!
when she sang NEVER ENOUGH i swear i have never heard a voice so amazing...i cried
Doreen Denhere u probably already know it by now but she didn’t sing never enough Lauren Alred did it’s her song
Just watched the movie, it was sensational!! and Jenny Lind song was sublime !!
*she's a poet from inside- by the way she talks*
God, i LOVE her, she's always so high and emotional about her work)))
When she was singing Never Enough in the movie all I was thinking was how does her voice go so high and her dress in appsolutly stunning
Funny thing a lot of people didn't catch is that she's a famous Opera singer but didn't sing any Opera lol
I did catch that :) :) They had a very modern take on the songs. Awesome songs anyway!
Ivy Naughton are you guys immune to emotions or something ??!
The reason on why the song doesnt sound operatic is due to she is not really singing never enough to the audience. Never enough is just a thought and emotion that those two characters have. All of the songs that they sang was not the songs performed at that time.

I think Rebecca came here in a time machine. She is incredibly genuine. So... elegant.
Me too. She looks like those amazingly charming and elegant old Hollywood divas while being able to keep that girl-next-door feeling of genuineness and joy. There are way better actresses around but she was definitely blessed with a beautiful, expressive face you cant keep out of the screen.
for me ...she is the highlight of the movie ...
She brought me to tears on her performance. What's the beautiful voice 💕💕
She's GORGEOUS
And that hair Oh My God 💖

Angie Quintanilla yeah but can she do this
Nope, Pewdiepie is
Never enough is my favourite song. I'm a big fan!!!!!
Don´t forget we also have Alicia Vikander who won an Oscar Rebecca has not done that yet.
Her and Koenigsegg...
did she fall in love with hugh for real? i mean i wouldn't blame her
not in the romantic sense. she know he's happily married.
They just needed a intense plot for the story but it didn’t happen in real life
they have an upcoming film together. In google you will find them kissing for the movie
What's the title of their new movie?
In real life it happened everything in the movie happened in real life it’s pt Barnum s story

Jenny Lind's song had me in awe!
All too rarely along comes an actress as utterly beguiling as this lovely woman. Her poise, femininity and grace are a joy to behold, and despite her very obvious natural beauty and charm, presents herself with such forcefulness without obnoxiousness.
Her jawline like WOOOHHH

I have smilar jawline. And I have been bullied for it, people calling me trans for having a square jaw
Lian k98 You sound pretty damn fine. Ignore the haters - they sound like real losers
First saw her in Doctor Sleep as Rose the Hat. What a multitalented actress.
You did an amazing job. It was my favorite part of the movie. Goosebumps & tears as you performed. Love it ♡♡♡
