1 c of buttermilk- room temperature
3 whole eggs- room temperature
1 teaspoon of baking powder
¼ c of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
2 teaspoon of red food coloring
2 tsps of vanilla
For the icing:
4 oz. of cream cheese - room temperature
2 ½ c of powdered sugar
2 tbsps of whole milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
