I liked the first one best. I notice some comments that say the same - it's lovely on you. Life is like a sine wave with cyclic ups and downs, and when you're more sensitive, those peaks and lows are sharper. Yes, acceptance when it happens, with the knowledge that it is part of one's makeup, and that life will be on the upswing again.
Loved the first dress you tried on, might be worth the trip outside your comfort zone, and the red, beautiful, but size up..your vintage finds are perfect on you...😊 we are so hard on ourselves, and I do think it's all about recognizing and learning how to manage our biology ,anxiety, etc.We all have them. 48:06 for me, tofu is something that feels really special so i end up "saving it". been trying really hard to stop doing that so started buying loads so it doesn't feel like that one block in the fridge should be used for a special meal haha

What a fantastic clothes and food haul...toto fabuloso! I so love mushrooms ~ many years ago we would have a mushrooms in mayonnaise take-out from a local French delicatessen (mushrooms sauteed to perfection, cooled + mayonnaise).

I am tall too and i know the troubles you are going through, buying jeans and "oversized"jumpers. Some dresses look so pretty in the windows,they look too short on me,i may be lucky sometimes and get the length i prefer.

I relate sooooo much to what you said about being a person who lives their life with anxiety, OCD, depressive tendencies, etc. I'm 27, and I have also had a decent bit of therapy, and I have spent a lot of time on mindfulness and working on my mental health more broadly. I have come so far and know how to manage these things now. And I know what NOT to do when I'm feeling in those places.
You are stunning wearing the blue and white floral dress!!! I am now craving mushrooms on toasted sourdough with olives and I can't wait to try out the lush watering can bubble bath. I live with anxiety, and episodes of depression. This video, for some reason, has given me a kick up the proverbial, to take better care of myself. Thank you!!!

That first dress and the red one were beautiful on you. The peachy one was lovely too but very close to your skin tone so doesn't stand out as much as the others. I hate shopping for jeans, and trousers in general because of my body shape. The ones you got looked great. I'm a big fan of M&S boots (and footwear), I have several pairs in their vegan leather. My mum works in one of their stores so she's always showing me nice bits lol. Have a wonderful Sunday evening and week ahead ❤️

Leather jacket and leather bag. Don't you feel .. weird about it since you claim that you're a vegan? Or do you only EAT vegan and not care about the other parts? Even though it might be from a second hand place, it's still a dead animal you're wearing and "promoting" to other people.
I disagree! I’ve talked about this a lot on my channel and I believe buying secondhand leather to be the most sustainable and ethical choice. My bag was also vegan leather!

Madeline, I love your videos, but truly am getting sick of vloggers going on about their periods. Same if they go on about menopause. Of course all women go through both, but we aksonhave bowel movements, and don't need to go on about those also. There is PLENTY you can touch on, discuss going on in your life. Don't really care about your cycle.
If you don't like the topic, just fast forward. She mentions it for like 5 seconds 🤷♀️ Obviously you don't suffer from period related issues, if you did, you'd be more empathetic.
Comparing periods to bowel movements really infuriates me because it shows how in our society women's bodies are still considered dirty and taboo.. she's not even talking about the details of it, Madeleine focuses on the effects on her mental health more than anything...I wish i had people talking about it when i was young and clueless ❤ go Maddie
I appreciate that you won’t like all topics that Maddie discusses on her channel, but you have the ability to fast forward through those items or even skip a whole vlog. I think it is really important for people like Maddie to discuss all aspects of feminine health, and yes even bowel issues when appropriate; I believe the reasons for this are obvious and won’t insult your intelligence by going into details.

Never said a menstrual cycle was either- just that it is personal. Just that it seems vloggers now feel that even the most minutia bits of their lives must be "shared".
