With the machine in standby mode (that is plugged in, with the main rear power switch on, but you have not yet pressed the dial to turn the machine fully on), press and hold the filter button until the all three lights on the dial start to flash. Simply turn the dial to the left until no lights flash. Push the rotary button. That's it. The filter has now been deactivated.

How can I star descaling without the prompt - red light
Hi. when i press and hold the descale button on our Jura C5, 3 of the upper light blink 4 time and nothing happen. Any suggestion please?
Try to Unactivate filter!
