You went to early. Basically it will available once there's a slot ready. If not, the advert wouldn't come up. If you have a chance for the student housing access through duwo, this unit will apparently be available there
@@daniel_florea I am in hall 13, the rooms with numbers 5-7 in this hall face the DUWO office (square), it gets kinda loud sometime with the skateboards. I think the best side is the one facing the canal, and I believe hall 103, 99, 95, 91, 87, 85, 121, 117, 113, 109, 107, 105 has most rooms facing there. But honestly, all rooms have good views and big windows, so don't worry about it. Hope that helps!

It’s just above €500 per month, with the possibility of receiving the huurtoeslag (rent allowance).
