      @@HomeHealthandEverythingElsebe careful and don’t burn yourself out tracking everything. When I try I just get frustrated. I use my fitness pal yo track my weight. Love it. I don’t have a Fitbit anymore though I have the Apple Watch.

I know you’re feeling fatigued and I used to be the same way! I now incorporate a 30 minute walk everyday & my energy has gone up. Good luck my sweet friend ❤️❤️

    New year, New start ! I use my fitness pal, it’s great to count steps when you go walking and when recording food you can scan barcodes to input. You got this my friend 💖

    All this new information is overwhelming but stick with it and it will get easier. Once you start recording everything and seeing where all the calories and macros hide, you'll be able to make adjustments.
    I haven't used My Fitness Pal but I assume it creates lists of everything, so after a while you'll have a list of regularly eaten foods and that makes it easier to record because you don't have to search for everything every time.
