    Black women are the most beautiful in the world.
    I tell you the truth : Black is beautiful, Black is realy beautiful.
    After the Lord, there is nothing more beautiful than the black woman
    The Lord gave too much beauty to the black woman

    I like how honest you are. Most naturals live and die by weekly deep conditioning. I know it should be done, but I'm glad to see your hair thriving knowing that you don't ALWAYS deep condition weekly. Gives me hope

      Abbie Woolcock girl you have to drink an insane amount of water in a small time period to kill you. Even 5 gallons of water a day, won't kill you.

    Yes, iron supplements work well for me. I noticed my hair would shed a lot more (around my crown area), and i would crave strange things (paper, tape, salt on lemons, etc). Turns out, my iron levels were dropping during my cycle, and my body was actually craving iron (not the weird stuff). I just take a daily iron vitamin for the week Aunt Flo comes to town, and boom! Problem solved.

    Love all your tips and most def do work. One that I love is steaming my hair!!!! I put one of my stable hair masks on my hair and I sit right under my hair steamer!!!! I started using it recently and I notice a Significant increase in my hair retaining moisture and shine!!!!

      +Melissa Denise I wish I knew how to insert a picture in here so you can see what it looks like. Can you even do that? lol But it's called the Secura S-192 hair and facial steamer. This one comes with a separate attachment to steam your face which I also love and use!! My husband ordered it from Amazon but you can order it from any site of your choosing. This one was cheaper then the other steamers I looked up but they basically to me all do the same thing. Steaming really has changed the game and my hair regiment for the better!!🙌🙌

    • @MelissaDenise
      @MelissaDenise  8 років тому

      +Telly Myrtil everyone is different but for ME if i want to keep my length I have get a good trim every 2-3 months. I think thats a pretty good time frame for everyone! Some ppl will say they can go a whole yr but if i did that i would prob have to cut so much hair off!! Over all just pay attention to your ends...if theyre split get a trim...if not hold off a few more weeks. I hope that helps some....xox

    Hey MD,
    What can I use to regain my natural thickness?! Prior to using a relaxer my hair had this nice thick way about it. Once I started to use the relaxers my thickness began to decrease. However, I recently cold turkey and stopped using relaxers in my hair. Trying to regain what I once had.
    So basically what I’m trying to ask is: would you know of any products that is good for thickness?
    Thank you in advance
