At 5:20 you could have used an every_country ={} loop to iterate though all existing countries and annex them meaning it would still work after updates or modded countries and would have been a lot less effort.

What do you use to mod hoi4 and what is the best way to start? Read through the wiki article or search for videos?
I use Notepad++ to code stuff into HoI4, and if you're looking to code for yourself but don't know where to start, I recommend watching the Iron Workshop tutorials and if you get stuck, look it up and there's probably a reddit thing for it

A superevent/event like thing about Mussolini died while edging to Hitler when North Italian Commune and Fascist Italy goes to war and Germany joins the war
Event will occure %69 change. At %30 change Mussolini will survive and event called "Epic Save from the Edge" and it'll give Fascist Italy %+40 war support and stability.
Meanwhile %69 change will give Fascist Italy -%80 War Support and -%80 stability. If Commune loses Mussolini will revive as an Edge Ghost and will be once again dictator of Italy.
If Commune enters to Rome, Germany will get an event named "Bald guy shouldn't have edged" and it'll give Germany -%20 defence bonus.
