@@kaylahall1219 yeah I wondering the same thing. I've been subscribed for awhile. Even won one of his giveaways. Which I proudly display in my living room. Taylor is an awesome guy. Was hoping to go to Duluth this summer and met him but I had back surgery. Next summer for sure my mom and I are going. We both are into rocks. Have a great day. Hopefully we will find out what he does with all those awesome rocks. My house would be full of them. Kinda have a lot now. And I just bought a Lortone tumbler. More rocks!😄
Old disabled house bound dusty rusty rockhound here: Sooo many amazing agates...and so big! I love the heart with an actual aorta! That orange one with the quartz...I would name that rock "Manderin Lace Rock" (I give my personal favorite rocks their own personal names...like I would a pet!) Yeah, rocks like these 2 would go in my pet rock cabinet and get my personal admiration every day. And yes...I am crazy 🤪...about rocks!!!lol!!!
I’m not sure if it’s possible to pick a favorite with a line up like that! They were all unbelievable beautiful! A few of them were almost breathtaking. I love these cutting videos. Cutting is so much fun, you never know what your going to get!
This video has a really nice pace to it. I struggle with how to keep cutting videos interesting. Of course, having big box of Lake Superior agates to cut in half helps a lot. There were some beauties in there!
@@AgateDad I spend a lot of time editing too. I thought I'd be faster by now, but I think sometimes I'm slower because I'm trying to perfect more things.
I came across your videos by accident and am hooked! Never, ever dreamed that a rather ordinary looking rock could be so beautiful inside! Thanks for a new experience.
@@AgateDad short definition is hot🔥daddy that's got it going on. 🤪 Although I have shoes older than you so I get a kick out of the Dad part even though you are a real Dad. Makes me feel ancient 😂
Wow 👏 😮 those agates paid off for you !!! So awesome and beautiful 😍 ❤ by the way, I like your saw and buffers, it's lots of fun watching that. God bless you always 💖
Gorgeous agates, every one of them! The first one you cut is a brain to go with the heart 🙂 Also wanted to let you know I appreciate how you show the outside of the rock thoroughly as well (even if it's after cutting it). And I think you include the perfect amount of actual cutting footage as well. There's something very gratifying about watching the rock be cut, but too much and it starts to get boring (if you're just the observer, I got a wet tile saw about 5 months ago and have been having a BLAST cutting rocks open!). So thank you for your great videos!
Just goes to show you never judge a rock by its outside appearance. What an amazing surprise to see the beautiful insides of the rocks. I would polish all of them. Blown away by beauty of them. That's definitely a geode agate at the end. I love them all Taylor and great new saw!
I'm not even sure why I was routed to this Channel. But I'm glad it did. I never felt excited about rocks before, but damn you made me smile and crave for more everytime you open each rock
dayum Taylor! i couldn’t pick just one…. in fact i had to rewatch the whole thing just to come up with some as there was so much agatey goodness. i had to go with 4:20, 5:03, and 10:58. y’know, being that guy with the rock saw is kinda like being the friend with the pickup truck come moving day except it’s way cooler and a heckuva lot easier on the back. Cowabunga dude! that was totally tubular.🏄🏼 🤘🏻🤣
These cutting videos are so much fun to watch! How can I pick a favorite; they're all beautiful. I want to jump in the car and drive up to the North Shore and start hunting!!
How in the world does one pick a favorite with that line up?😉 They were all stunning in their own way just like Mother Nature intended✌💜 simply amaZing
I love your imagination lol. ❤️👑🌍 It's a lot like mine. You can see things in the Agates. That's awesome. 💯🌅 Very beautiful my goodness. I definitely do thank God for these beautiful minerals. Which what, it starts off as Rocks, then those rocks turn to Minerals and then those minerals turn to elements. ☺️🌍❤️
Sitting here next to a tray of rocks from Lake Superior, uncut. I need a buddy with a lapidary saw like Dan! Addendum: 4:20!!! I saw that beaut and screamed along with you🤩!!!!
That last one was INSANE! Far and away my favorite. The others were incredible also…”so many beautiful rocks!” 😉😁. I especially enjoyed your mad scientist chuckle when you opened a good one! 😂 Keep ‘em coming! 👍🏻
Will you please do the split screen like previously. It's a thrilling part of your videos to see your face at first sight of seeing your beautiful rocks. I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds great joy in watching your face on the very moment of discovery of the beautiful insides of these rocks😅
At 11:43 that looks like the dyed burlwood I use making knife handles. Now I am on a quest to use stone and this is the kind of miracle I would be looking for. Not confident the "Mustard" is hot, but this rendition of natures beauty? ... freaking wonderous.
I really liked the one with the actual purple in it! MN neighbors seem to have been smiled on by the agate gods! I'm in WI/Bayfield Co and it seems like MI & MN have been blessed 🤣
Just came across your channel on UA-cam. Worked in the geology department at college for 2 semesters. That experience got me into minerals. You cut some really interesting stuff. I've been watching other videos on finding agates and cutting them. I'm planning a trip to the Yellowstone river in Montana. I may have to include Lake Superior! Nice Agate!
Cut, cut, cut! They are all special and beautiful in there own way. I like the first one best. Congratulations on the geode. It's usually quartz. Be happy, safe and stay healthy 😷⚒

I absolutely LOVE that most of "us" rock collectors glee over a heart shaped rock! Congrats!
Right?!

It was so great to see the varied colors of these untreated agates. So often all we get to see are the dyed agates in fake looking colors...
All the agates I work with are natural
That first cut was amazing!
Nature is so interesting
Dude that geode agate at the end… 🤯🤯🤯🤯 holy moly man these were fantastic! Shoutout to Daniel for sending them to get cut!

My favorite kind of video! I love the surprise of what's inside! Thanks for the video!
This video was REALLY fun! You have a very contagious laugh. Love the snail best .. Thanks!!
I’m glad you enjoyed!
Wow, that first one!!!

It's like Christmas with every cut
🎄🎅 🤘🤘
Great vid, you could make a very pretty coffee table top from sliced agates. Unic to you. 👌
That would be cool!
😲 wow! I love it. Geode agate. OMG what a beautiful one at that.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
🤘🤘 good times!
I love the first one with the quartz layering!😊❤
Each one is unique. Infinite variety.

KAPOW those were some amazing agates. Imagine the stress if all those bangers belonged to you. Just wow😎
I’d be less stressed lol I’m overly stressed because they’re someone else’s and I want it to work out best for them ❤️
FIRST AND LAST ONE ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD AND MY FAVORITES!!!
Congrats on the geode agate but I truly was awestruck as you opened the smaller agate at 4:18; stay warm!
@ around 1:20, the cut agate looks like a skull profile complete with eye sockets. I LOVE, your channel.
Dude! That geode agate is a BANGER!!! And yes I agree it’s calcite inside 👍🏼
Amazing dad
They're all amazing! My favorite is the jelly roll
Wow, that was fun to watch! I now know what to do with that box of Lakers in the back corner of the shop!
I'm not even sure why I was routed to this Channel. But I'm glad it did. I never felt excited about rocks before, but damn you made me smile and crave for more everytime you open each rock

Love, love, love the cut and reveal.!! I like when you explain things. The geode agate is beautiful.👍👍
I like the mossy limonite one and the last one!!! Superb
Love the one at 3:30. It reminds me of one I cut that you could see the crystal points inside like you can with that one!
