Really liked daytona. Reminds me of how he gave that short thugger ep with carnage an 8. Short tracklist. No filler, bangin production. Very similar to daytona. Fire ye beats as usual.

I fucking loved Testing, IMO his best album yet. Some of his old fans dont like it because they didnt hear it was going to be an album trying a new style like Yeezus for example for kayne west. But for some reason melon boy hates Rocky so a album that deserves at the lowest a 7/10 will get a 4/10, just fucking watch!

mark kozelek has a great work ethic, though if he sort of honed his talent into fewer, more consistent and catchy albums he could easily cater to a larger audience. though as an indulgent artist, i can appreciate his ever growing discography.
Just ignore the new shit. There are hours upon hours of gold in his back catalog.

I think that he’s just paying kind to music he’d rather review than anything that anyone tells him to do. That and the fact he reviews a lot more music than he used to, so the amount of music he is reviewing is going to be ones he think is worthwhile. Plus his new segments of NOT GOOF and YUNOREVIEW music, plus he just flat out says he won’t listen to anything that isn’t catching his interest. I appreciate a good negative review but I like that he focuses more music he is fond of

Review KYLE - Light of Mine
Great review, Anthony. I think a 7/10 is right but would say that this album definitely brought something to the table - I found it to be easily some of his funniest songwriting of his career, especially 'Undying' and 'Weed Whacker'. I thought I was out since a lot of his recent work has just bored me so badly - but he keeps pulling me back in.
Red House is ,to date, my favorite- not in spite of Mark’s indulgence or neurosis, but because of them. I think it may be an acquired taste. Great review 💯❤️🔥
