- First ride and reaction in a 408 turbo GMC on just 12lbs making 800Hp. John is getting this bad boy dialed in and ready to hit the track soon. Looking for some low et and high horsepower.
Can’t wait to have mine running! This motivates me a lot! 10.3:1 fully forged 408 with an 88/108. HOPING to make 1000 wheel.

I just got my 408 done and has a 80mm on it-- I will pick it up this week sometime
Whats the compression on the engine? im building a forged bottom end 408 right now and it's gapped for up too 15 pounds of boost and just looking for something to compare with. Great truck and build.
It’s 11 to 1. It’s gone 5.98 on 20psi in the 1/8
11 to 1 and you’re running boost? Are you pulling timing?
@@destruxandexploze2552 lots of LS builds run "high" compression with boost. Easy to do on like a Terminator X or something
