NCL sucks. We recently finished a 14 day cruise. The food in specialty restaurants sucks. The filet mignon has been replaced with cheap cuts of meat. They've chewy and fatty. Entertainment has been drastically cut. They're no longer a premium cruise line. The buffet closes by 9:30. The only food option is O'Sheehans which has poor food. NCL now sucks! I complained to the hotel manager and he didn't have the decency to respond. Book other cruise options.
We were looking to take the Breakaway in March for Spring break but after having my son deal with the terrible virtual Que to get in Splash academy we are thinking Disney now. The app always drops and the internet is spotty. The parents and crew members were all arguing over it. I've never been on an NCL like it and we are platinum. They need to drop that asap and just go back to first come first server or make bigger splash academies.

NCL now sucks. We started cruising with them in 2013. They've become a 2nd class cruise line. No hope in sight.

After our last NCL cruise on the Prima, we are done with NCL..what a horrible experience...undercooked hamburgers, chicken wings...awful!!

Just got off NCL Escape. Bed was hard as a rock. After 2 nights, my back was killing me. I had to ask housekeeping to bring me a mattress topper.
