The Mormon deity is terribly close to the Egyptian Thoth who was syncretized with Hermes by the Greeks, thereby becoming Trismegistus [thrice praised]. Hermes was the fastest of the Olympian gods and could traverse the earth quickly. Likewise the Mormon god. On the other hand the Christian God is Omnipresent Omniscient Omnipotent. The Mormon deity exists only in the minds of Mormons not in reality.

Yeah Mormons should change the name....well they should just spell it correctly anyway.. You know, drop the superfluous second "m". That would be a lot better.
