Thank you. This made me realize some more tricky aspects of the inner conflict in such situations. One more reason to help our daughters learn to say "no".
I like the song but I wish you had a professional mic setup. I can't hear your voice very well even at the highest setting on the device I play it on with headphones. Glad to see you back on youtube!
Also out of respect of your collaborator you should always put their social media in the description to highlight them as part of the collaboration. It's common practice and courtesy.
to me, the joyful tone of the song is perfectly suited to the subject matter. First, it catches you off guard. When I saw the song title and heard the intro, I assumed the title was just a coincidence and had nothing to do with the MeToo movement, because the song is so vibrant and upbeat. It's flirty and fun, and then the lyrics 'spread your lovely thighs' come as a sly surprise, like a bad taste in your mouth. To me, that almost mirrors an experience of sexual assault - a beautiful date, enthusiastic and mutual consent, and then things taking a turn almost without you realising. And then the joyful tone also feels like an act of defiance. As someone who has experienced assault, I've found that recovering the capacity to feel joy, and to be playful, like Cyrille and Jonatha are being playful here, is an act of defiance in itself. I see this song as a celebration of survivors, our resilience and our capacity for joy. Thank you Cyrille, Jonatha and Lionelle!
Brilliant!
I feel that the tone in the beginning really catches u off guard even more and gives an eerie and awakening sense to the real meaning

Belle chanson... qui résume bien les doléances du mouvement MeToo. comme diraient certains québécois, les paroles sont su'a coche.

Nice guitar, what brand is it?

How many Jonatha Brooke's might there be on social media?
I hear you, I wish it wasn't so. Time for us men to call out the ass... of the world.
Nice song, but I am not sure if this joyful vibe is appropriate to the content. But maybe I don't get it.

The joy is the recognition that they are not alone, that they have a shared experience. Survivors
You two look a little too pleasant while singing the subject matter 🤔
And that is the whole point of being sarcastic my friend.
@@sociablemisanthrope9066 sarcasm was much dryer in my day 🤷♂️
@@Pure_KodiakWILD_Power Lets call it subtle sarcasm.
