So this just solidifies a lot of things in my mind…1) Red Velvet are straight up cult leaders, 2) they create god tier mv’s & music & 3) after nearly 10 years SME still doesn’t understand what they have with these uber-talented ladies! From all that I’ve read this entire concept is the brainchild of Joy. She had an idea of what she wanted for this cb, shared it with the others then went to the company…someone correct me if I’m wrong but I believe that’s the case.

For me, Red Velvet could have this kind of concept every time and I'd be overjoyed.

The Lady who fell from the sky = Sun Red Velvet = Fanatics of the Sun (Relationship between fans and Red Velvet) The Lady experienced Red Velvet for the first time and was so scared that she couldn't get used to it and tried to escape, but was caught by the girls in the end. However at the end the Lady and Red Velvet bonded and had a great time together. So I believe this song and music video are fan songs and how when you first get into red velvet it’s like a roller coaster ride through their discography in which you’ll get used to as time goes on. This is for existing fans as well as newbies coming 🩵

Red" signifies their vivid and bold image, whereas "Velvet" reflects their classy and toned-down side. They're both Brat and Demure. Which is common theme throughout their MVs. There's always an Eeriness and Unsettling vibe about them which you can either appreciate or feel uncomfortable. Which makes them Unforgettable. In this MV its a play on Midsommar but also the Red Costumes are confined to the Inner chapel the Velvet Brighter Pastels are Outdoors. They connect through the falling Star.
