It's part of the fair use clause actually. This is how you stay safe under that rule without talking over the video the entire time

If you look at most anime reaction channels the average of footage time is actually 7-8min per episode. Even with just anime clips that's usually the amount they show if they're not b n sponsored by that company. Why do you think ppl get copyrighted so easily on UA-cam when they show, like you said, 9+min of footage? Or some that even get copyrighted from even less than that? That's why it's just much safer for most anime reaction channels to show around 7-8min. Look at more anime reaction channels and tell me their average footage times. You can actually fact check that!
