Okay, so this is how I view this PV. Because this song, Lemon, was written when Kenshi Yonezu (the person who originally wrote this song) was mourning over the loss of his grandfather, I believe that this PV shows Len mourning over the loss of Miku. Why? Well, let me explain.
At 0:10, we see Miku with one blue eye and one yellow eye. This represents her as an angel and she is no longer alive. She then says "How good it would have been if this were all a dream. Even now, I still dream of you." which I see as her regretting when she killed herself and she still misses the one piece of joy in her life, which was Len. (I'll explain this in depth later why she would kill herself and why Len was her only joy left)
At 0:22, she then says "Like I'm going home to get something I've forgotten, I dust off my old, worn memories" and we also see some sort of swing. I see this as one of those memories she is remembering, since her and Len have probably been there before, but now she is gone, she has nothing else to do but try to forget it all.
Then at 0:35, they both sing, but everything is white and Miku has both of her blue eyes, which represents that this was a memory of when she was still alive. She says "The last thing you taught me is that there are types of happiness that don't come back," and a few seconds later, Len is walking away. Everything else is white in this scene, and I see this as that this scene didn't actually happen in real life, but it happened in Miku's mind. She had nothing else in life to look forward to, so her mind was pretty much blank, except for herself and Len, her last piece of joy. But at one point, Len walked away from the empty space, meaning that Miku didn't see Len as a reason to keep living anymore.
At 0:46, we see Miku with lifeless eyes and scissors that are stained with blood, and she says "The dark past I kept hidden and unsaid would've remained dark forever if I didn't meet you." I really don't want to think Miku killed someone, but there is a few pieces of evidence shown later on that she potentially did, and that guilt builds up on her later. However, when Len held out his hand, Miku changed and became a better person because of Len.
At 0:58, we see Miku again with her scissors, but now she is surrounded in petals. Fallen petals usually symbolize death, and Miku has fallen with these petals, so in my head, this means that she has killed many people (that what the petals are) and now she is going to kill herself and become a fallen petal herself. However, she says "I know there's no possible way I could ever be hurt any more than this." This means that when she did decide to kill herself, her scissors being near her, it would be sad for her, and although she wanted to die so bad, it hurt her both physically and emotionally because she didn't want Len to be all alone, because later on in the video, you will see that she indeed grew feelings for him.
At 1:08, we see Miku holding out her hand the same way Len did to her, and she is showing clear signs of regret now that Len isn't with her. She says, "Even in the sadness of those days, even in the pain of those days, I loved every bit of it with you by my side." So, with this in mind, she WAS suffering, but she ignored all of it as long as Len was near her.
At 1:47, we finally hear Len sing by himself. He says that in the darkness, he traced Miku's back and he vividly remembered the outline. When he is saying this, Miku was in the same outfit she was wearing when she was lifeless with her bloody scissors, but now there is life in her eyes and the scissors are gone. I believe Len noticed the scissors, and now he wants to help her, but at 1:55, Miku turns around and neglects his help. This is why eventually, Miku didn't see Len as a reason to live, because she neglected his help various times in the video (I'll explain that when we get there).
At 1:58, we see Len alone. He most likely wanted to meet up with Miku, since she was still neglecting him, but she doesn't show up. Len then sings "Each time I encounter something I can't fully accept, tears are the only thing that can't stop overflowing." We see Miku crying as she has her back turned, which Len remembers vividly because Miku keeps turning around and walking away. The area is also white, so Miku is probably thinking to herself about this and remembering these times like she was in the beginning of the video, and she knows that maybe she shouldn't have neglected the help because she clearly needed it.
At 2:09, we see Len and Miku finally meeting up, but it appears to be in Miku's house (I'll say why it's specifically Miku's house later on). Miku is looking at her window, but since this scene is in Len's perspective, he doesn't know what Miku is thinking, which is why he asks about it. "What were you doing? What were you looking at?"
Then, we see a better view of the room, but that will be important much later. At 2:17, Len sees a teddy bear with the scissors inside of it, and he gasps. He finally knows without a doubt in his mind why Miku had those bloody scissors: because she kills people. (I know that this could be from Tokyo Teddy Bear, but I'm having a lot of fun with this fan-story lol)
At 2:21, we see Len with the same yellow eye as Miku, meaning that unfortunately, he is dead too. But how did he die? Why would he die too? Well, Miku killed herself, and Len fell in love with her, which is shown later in the video, so he wants to be with her. When did he die, though? When did Miku die? Just wait.
At 2:32, Len is telling Miku to forget about him, which grabs Miku's attention and finally makes her turn around. Len doesn't think he can help, because Miku is just neglecting him, but then once Miku hears this, she finally cries and admits that she needs his help. Now that they both see each other as lights, we see that they are in love.
However, at 2:48, Miku is showing Len her feelings (which is represented by the lemon), but Len isn't too happy about it. He was still uncertain because she is a murderer, and Miku neglected him before, so how does he know if she won't neglect him again? So, she was pushed away, and this was when Miku saw Len walk away in her mind, but then Len comes back to her house, which we now recognize because he has been there before, and he wants to admit that he does love him (which he sings about), but Miku hides alone, crying, and we again see the bloody scissors.
At 3:03, it finally happens. Len walks away, both physically and in Miku's mind. She pulls out the scissors and points them near her chest, and "more than she ever thought, she can't breathe". She cries and knows about her regretful decision, but Len didn't accept her love, so she killed herself with her scissors.
At 3:13, Len and Miku are sitting down in chairs thinking in their minds. Len is in disbelief, but he now knows he was right that he couldn't help her, but instead, hurt her. Miku then says she truly can't forget about him, even after death.
At 3:33, Miku is alone and Len has left his chair. Because Len knew that he made Miku upset by turning her down and walking away, he got up from his chair and went to join her in the afterlife. Miku is alone, waiting for him to join her... but then this happens...
At 3:38, Len is holding out his hand again, but this time near Miku. Instead of neglecting, Miku grabs his hand, and they are both seen as angels reuniting in heaven. This is practically the end and there isn't much more to explain left.
At 3:57, Miku is holding an umbrella blocking the rain, but there is no rain to be seen. I honestly can't explain this part, but the best thing I have for it is that this shows at one point, she didn't reflect on herself because there was nothing to reflect on. Then, she looks at Len, and knows that her self-reflecting was worth it.
At 4:02, we see Len with the same lemon Miku tried showing to him, meaning that he had the same exact feelings, but never shared them. But now, they are each other's light.
Holy cow, if you made it this far, congrats! I hope you enjoyed my crazy headcanon for this PV. :D
Edit: I mean presumably, Miku would probably not be an angel if she killed people, but yknow what love prevails all oK
