Yelan was my first five star.
My current main, but her build needs a lot of Improvement.
Im not sure if I should pull for yelan’s sig for her? I really would like to have it but Emilie’s weapon would be useless(I won’t be able to get enough to try and get a 5 star twice) saving for venti but I have plenty of time before then/
Should I take the chance and pull for it?
