- In this video, we are going to be servicing the throttle body of my 2005 swift. The car was shuddering and shaking when the ac was switched on. This was due to the throttle body being dirty and the IAC being blocked.

Hello sir, i have 2007 petrol cng swift i have recently done with making the whole engine new with new pistons new valve's . In short everthing new ...i have some issues with it...its rpm is not stable...cng avg is lowered on just 13kms/kg. I have changed both coils, all new spark plugs, tried replacing oxygen valve , cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the egr sensor but no effect...m fed up of it can u plz plz help me out of this?
Can you please make a video on how to service/replace cng reducer filter and low pressure filter for factory fitted wagon r s cng.. Also i wanted to know when i turn on the ac while on cng, the brakes and steering become comparatively hard.. What shall be the problem?? Thanks in advance..

breaks becoming hard seems to be because of loss of vacuum. Could be due to a pipe leak. I want to make a video on the CNG reducer servicing, but haven't had the opportunity yet.. Hopefully soon! Thank you again!
Very good video friend, Mera Maruti Swift 2006 petrol ka bhi problem hai, mera car 4-5 RPM ke uper nahi jata hai and engine bhi vibration karta hai kiya problem ho sakta hai????

Hi, i have concern with my alto LXI , in petrol and cng both the cars vibrates , but the vibration can be sensed more in cng then Petrol. Could you help me understand this situation
could be a variety of reasons... but since you said your car vibrates on petrol as well, is suggest, checking the plugs, , HT cables and the coil, post which check the engine foundation.. once the vibration is reduced in petrol it will reduce in CNG. CNG is just a fuel and should be used on a healthy operating petrol engine.

Bhai battery negative terminal nikalna to bta dete pehle iski wajah se collaboration kharab ho gya ic Valve or tp sensor ka
U shud hve cleaned it with petrol or diesel and then with throttle body cleaner.
How much milage this car gives u on cng?

Hi my car shakes on cng when ac is running.
Also halts at spredbraker.
Such thing happens only when it is running on cng with air conditioning on.
Otherwise on petrol it runs file

Bhai abhi kal hi CNG lagwai apni Baleno 2017 (52k done) main, usne bola throttle body clean karwao, same issue hai should i go for it now or thoda 1000-2000 km chala lu aur phir karau
Kya issue hai? Clean Karke check karlo, mujhe lagta nahin usse zyada farak aayega kyunki baleno me electronic throttle body hai.. par try karlo
@@shomsgarage9549 Bhai jaise bataya ki Maine Gastech OB2 kit lagwai with advancer and lovato ka filter ke saath 2 din pehle, Car jab start karte hai aur AC on karke toh rpm fluctuate hote hai 0.5 se 1.5k rpm standing position main. Aur car standing position main thoda kampti bhi hai

Galat ismai oil nahi dalna chaya ismai dhul ke kan chpik jate hai only thotar bodi clean and patrol
You messed up the idle settings. Wrong diy
Nope! Idles just fine. This is exactly how a vaccum CNG kit is to be tuned. Idle speed will be same as petrol if you follow this process as this sets the diaphragm pressure accurately
