Pl.let me know why the well beaten whipping cream got curdled when I added the cocoa/egg yolk/ geletine mix after cooling it .it got further curdled after I added the rest of the mixture.Sobi had to use it for pudding at the end

I don’t use lunch sheet for anything. No Need to keep for a long time in the fridge. Keep until firm the icing.
