Yeah but here, in the strongest battleground, it's incredibly close to be an actual Vergil character. Even the finisher (pinpoint cut mainly) looks like attacks from DMC5. And I gotta say I am all for it
As an Atomic Samurai player that often cosplays the likes of both Vergil (DMC3 / DMC5) and Alpha (PGR), I can very much confirm that I don't actually know who "Atomic Samurai" originates from, and just consider them to be *M O T I V A T E D.* And in the words of Vergil: "You think you stand a chance?"
What I absolutely LOVE about this is his simplistic playstyle, rather than it being like how most professionals of this game do it. Professional TSB players usually are very flashy with their moves and combos look kind of ugly and rough. This guy, however.. his combo's are beautifully done! Not only are they stylish, but they're practical!
Pro tip: after 3 m1 u can turn back and use quick slice, if do it correctly, u can extend combo with m1's, even ragdoll cancel cant help escape this combo, but u need do m1's on max distance, or combo will be not true
It's an in game thing! devs have artists draw impact frames and put them in cutscenes. Imo heros battlegrounds has some of the best especially with todoroki
Thing is that, how would it work w/ Saitama and Sonic? Because genos, atomic and garou all have smth that can be color changed, but then theres the 2 I mentioned who just have nothing
