  • In this video, I shed some light on the massive danger of training on a sleep-deprived body and how sleep deprivation causes multiple health issues!
Not only does sleep deprivation impair physical performance, but it also increases the risk of overtraining, injuries, and even heart issues.
In a world obsessed with hustle culture and "no pain, no gain" mantras, let’s flip the script. Quality sleep isn't just a luxury-it's an important pillar of optimal health and fitness.
So the next time you lace up your sneakers for a workout, make sure you’ve given your body the rest it deserves. ✨

I remember one of my yoga guru used to take our class at 5am but ask us to not come if you haven't slept properly

    Hey Luke
I have a doubt pertinent to this video. It is that in Military training especially for elite units like Special Forces, Recruits are made to exercise and do intense physical activity with little to no rest and limited amount of food and water as well.
So if a person is planning to join any of these units, should he start working out with little sleep and limited food and water and other nutrients??
Because I often think what a person would be able to do if he no supplements, Water, Electrolytes etc to support his sports performance

Please make a video about oversleeping. Your channel does not have any video on the topic "oversleeping". I am a college student and I sleep a lot (16 - 17 hours) daily, whether in a stretch or in parts.
Hoping that you'd upload the video.
