Babies are very smart. They pick up on things very quickly. It's possible to potty train a child long before they start walking or talking too. It has been done plenty of times, successfully. My friends daughter was watching her cousin skateboard , she was no older than 2. She had to be around 1 at the time. After he got off the skateboard she walked over to it and tried to skateboard too. We held her hand while she balanced on the skateboard and pushing off with her little foot. She was great at it.

No I do watch her... How I knew early on I wasn't trippin & I don't mind cartoons from these actual days. I'll be waking up to my baby dancing, following steps & mimicking stuff. Well, I haven't taught her CPR. But I at least know for sure she understands something's. This baby is prob just imitating what she sees. I highly doubt she understands CPR. Shell prob understand clap & pt and some letters & some songs & numbers tho. Bc it's familiar...

    • @Alexander_Grant
      @Alexander_Grant 2 місяці тому +3

@@sparkle3000 This concept is so fascinating to me and I wish it was explored in more media. Not necessarily for animals and babies, but if they watch and mimic and we train computers to do the same thing, at what point does artificial life become actual life? Blade Runner does an excellent job with this, and for the nerdier ones out there who enjoy anime, I watched Pluto recently which focused heavily on robots with emotions that learned from imitating humans and I cannot get those questions out of my head.
I work with AI for my job as a software developer, and it is a deeply confusing question to ask what separates life from AI. In the end all we are is a set of physical and chemical processes, yet we have such complexity, and it's interesting to think about at what point would those processes be able to be emulated by 1s and 0s. I don't think we're anywhere close yet, but if one day we have AI that says it can feel but it just imitates our emotions, what makes that different from a baby learning by imitation?
I studied both physics and computer science in college, but in my 30s I have regrets I didn't study biology instead of physics to have more information to ponder those questions. I know people much smarter than me have thought of these things and have opinions ranging from "a computer will never be able to feel" to "AI is learning just like humans." With my experience, the former is most certainly the case right now, but I don't know how we'll tell when that line is crossed. I know the algorithms that run these LLMs right now (often people say we don't know what's going on inside of the "brains" of the AI, which is somewhat true but slightly misleading) and I don't know how different they are than how we learn. I have my first child on the way with my beautiful wife, and while I am most excited to be a parent, there is a part of me that is very excited to watch how my child will learn and hopefully give me more insight.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk lol

      -REPENT AND BELIEVE
JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONE TRUE LIVING GOD
      EVERY KNEE WILL BOW
      EVERY TONGUE WILL CONFESS-
Hi, saw this just a few seconds, and I just wanted to leave this here. We are all imperfect and bad. But Jesus came. Jesus is God, and He Arose from the dead to defeat sin and the death (physical and spiritual) that we deserve. I encourage anyone who read this may read the Bible and make their choice.
      (What is sin?
Sin is anything that goes against God’s word, or your moral convictions. For example, I think commercialized holidays like Thanksgiving, Halloween, Easter, Valentine’s Day, and Christmas are a sin to celebrate, as some are pagan and others glorify bad things like paganism. It would be a sin for me to celebrate these.
And if I do something like steal when the Bible says “thou shalt not covet”, that’s a sin.
      Sin grieves God.)
Grace and peace to you from God! ✝️☦️ I don’t know what you believe in, but I still do this as it’s part of my belief.

-Preguntas -Fomentar y edificar. -Respuestas generales -Para redirigir -. ✝️☦️

As a first aid instructor, I agree. This baby is good, but similar attempts are actually not that uncommon when I teach mothers groups & the babies are present in the classes. I also have a history of the youth group version of first aid in my country & we teach from 8 years old & the kids are almost always really good, often better than the adults. Emotional issues was always my focus, cause I found adults would freak out & leave the kids to deal with traumas inappropriately. I had one incident where the 11 year old was upset they didn't manage to complete the entire a4 paperwork page cause the parent of the injured child was too distressed. Kid had been crushed in a merry go round accident & apparently had a chunk out of their leg. I assumed exaggeration, until they told me that someone on scene had already "stuffed a teatowel into the hole" before they arrived. 1x11 year old & 1x12 year old I had trained handled that with no adult supervision, cause the adult had gone on a lunch break & left them in charge of the first aid room. I was very proud of those kids!

ApartmentViews Yes but this situation is a *baby.*
Hardly anyone gets upset about that. If they do, they are commonly looked down upon by the masses.
In any case, when faced with bias and your job is to be neutral, be neutral. It's what they are trained to do. By not showing bias you are "Meh" to the audience, but they don't hate you.
If you show bias then you're making the ratings go down.
Now, here's the part where you gotta navigate some humane responses. If you find something cute, that you're absolutely sure the masses would agree with. You should be able to show emotion. Making yourself personable and charming is what makes people come back again to see you.
Just as if you expressed sadness at the loss of a life, it shows your empathy. As long as you can act it then it's fine either way. It doesn't matter if you feel it.
Give formal words, and a sorry tone.
This should be practiced, to have personable actions.

When I became a CPR instructor, the full Resusci Anne (we called her Annie) was the only option. So when 1/2 of a person CPR mannequins (without limbs either) started being used, there were a lot of laughs about finding a person ‘in that shape’ - - - who would NOT be successfully resuscitated.

If you haven't heard, Michael Jackson's "smooth criminal" Anne are ok line is based on the "CPR" doll Anne.

@@lolam3450 - I'm sure that's not true, but I want it to be. So I won't look it up, and instead go through the rest of my life believing it.
