Loved every bit of it. He's the only singer that really moves me in BTS. His voice is so full of emotion. I'm glad J-hope got a chance to show more of a good sample of his singing. I hope he sings more or does more solo singing. You definitely have such star quality J-hope.

Jin and Jungkook's voices are quite similar, especially in songs like Pipe Piper & Come Back Home. The one difference between their voices is just that Jin's voice sounds more sweeter (higher) than jungkook's

I’m waiting for bighit to release the performance version. The line distribution is better and it’s better.
I still cannot believe that one person at BH did not speak up for Hoseok and Jin (especially Hoseok) for the studio version. Pdogg? RM? Hitman Bang? Anyone? Their many in house producers? Recording engineers? I understand that RM was one of the lyricists on this song so he probably wanted to sing the lines he wrote. I get it. But if you look at the songs where Hoseok is one of the main composers he makes sure everyone on the track shines. They made the right choice to have Hoseok start out the song. His vocals are very soft, soothing, and a little somber which matches the mood of the song. Also his singing is very consistent and stable live (the NPR Tiny Desk & Now versions are my favorites). RM is also great, but his singing and rapping is a bit heavy handed imho. The transition from Hoseok to RM actually sounds really good because it goes from soothing sad to RM's forceful and sad rapping. Hoseok is not here to just sing in the background or to harmonize with others btw. Jin's lower register is really beautiful and emotive. Something about the way he delivers his lines, it's very touching. You can feel the intention behind his words. "Intention" is a huge thing in acting, so maybe it's his training at University or maybe it's innate. The rest of the boys are great of course.
Spring Day is sad x3 for me.
1. The ferry incident that they may or may not be referring to. RM said he wrote it about missing his friends. But their choreo and timing suggests the ferry.
2. Hoseok doesn't have clear lines by himself.
3. It's forever one of their best selling songs in South Korea. They really really LOVE the song and the version they buy and stream doesn't have enough Hobi & Jin. It will forever be an injustice.
Agreed. Hobi's version is much better imo. Hobi is the only rapper I like in BTS and jin is the only vocalist I like. This 2 Seok bring the liver version sound so good and colorful. Finally it's not focused on only jk and jk. Hobi and jin are the best.

I believe because being honest I love Spring day only for J hope voice mostly, and I didn’t know he didn’t have any direct line. I was hearing his voice all the time , and I thought it was purposely done he sang in canon with others .. so yeah even in the beginning MV it’s J hope and RM mix voice not only RM,.,, and when they needed live they just kept J hope who has a more stable singing voice ..it’s not the first song they change the singing part of a rapper Suga or RM to another member when they are live …

is that it's kind of wrong sorry, but if you understand well in the chorus it's not just a member of Jhope, in the original version he sings along with them in a low tone. And in the part that says, "I miss you" it's not just Jungkook there's also Jhope, again in a low key.
