I tried applying sunscreen in the morning for school but then it feels like my skin isn't breathing plus the mask is making my lower face feel humid. My mom used work as an esthetion and she says some of these are a little too much for teen skin.

Take a before picture and an after picture 12 weeks later. Also keep in mind that some products are there for prevention and having/improving skin health so you might not see any results. If your skin gets irritated from a product then it might be because it’s too strong (use it gradually) or you might be allergic to one of the ingredients the product contains.

DO NOT USE TOOTHPASTE WITH SODIUM LAUREL SULFATE ON YOUR ACNE. It triggered my perioral dermatitis for the first time in my life and my skin has been super sensitive ever since then. I had to change out my entire skincare routine 😥

Should we be using toothpaste on face? Usually pimples that teens especially females have during or before periods go away on their on, in this case do not try to treat it, just give it time. Pimple patches might be an emergency option.
