Love this… Kie Kie is my daughter‘s fav Nigerian comedian! She literally asked me , mum did you see kie Kie when you went to Nigeria 😀😀 & I laughed.
It’s good seeing more to Kie Kie than what I have imagined her , she is intentional about her life & most importantly is her relationship with God . I dig that!!!

Kie Kie knows what she is saying when she says marriage is not that deep. This person should be your best friend. and I Love the sister, brother analogy she gave, I had that mindset, but I have never put it like that, so now it's in my head.

Toke just spilling facts. For me, I can't split rent with man o. There are women sharing bill and all but still not getting respect from their man. So it's not about sharing bill sometimes. But as Toke said whatever works for each person sha.

It’s always good to hear a person’s point of view on marriage. The best viewpoint is God’s! You cannot be led astray when guided by the word!!
Marriage is a covenant between God, a man and his wife! When it comes to doing life, the best teacher is the word of God! When we spend time with the word, we develop a closeness that can only elevate us in all aspects of life! Everything that we need to know about life is in the Bible. We just have to be conscious and be intentional about STUDYING the word! It is a life changing experience!

I want to speak on the Women light not shining again after marriage.
I think it’s fikkle, most women actually let themselves go after they get married.
Even before child birth ooo even when the man isn’t stressing them.
Most women I’ve always seen, forget themselves when they get into a relationship. And it’s really crazy! I don’t know why it happens but sometimes it’s not the fault of the man. It’s easy to blame the man because he didn’t forget himself and keep shining. Sometimes sef, men always have to remind a woman about who is she, but you’ll here her say “who’s looking at me” LOL.
Women need to be held accountable a lot about their decisions in this life.
That’s the part I want to speak on.

There is respect in doings. Doing things in marriage is important. Whether I share 40% or 20% of the bill, I would like to contribute. Even for our children, I would like to do things for them financially.
The balance is important. Sometimes, some men do not respect full-time housewives, and they often do a lot. It should be a hint to be a full-time housewife and also a working wife.
It is not easy. We should also remember the pressure on men, and many work very hard to ensure their family have roof over their head and food on their table. Your spouse is your partner. You are in this together.

Yup! I love dimples and wanted one of my children to have dimples. I was watching a movie while pregnant with my son and saw the character with one beautiful dimple, I said God please even if it is one dimple I’m okay. He was born with one dimple😊I said I gave birth to the others at night and I want to experience giving birth during the day, he was born top of the afternoon. I said to God I was born on a Monday and I think it contributes to me finding life stressful and I want a baby born on the weekend as an awantilo baby. My child was born on a Friday and is a whole mood😅

Honestly, Kiekie just took this splitting bills thing from my mouth. To me, I think it's actually fair for a couple to share the bill. While my hubby pays the school fees, I'd pay the party money and even textbooks and stationery fees. If he pays the rent, I'd pay the light bills. It's actually good. A man shouldn't be burdened with a lot of bills. That's my two cents ❤❤❤.
