The main problem is not how the gearing system works. %-chance enhancements, or random stat bullshit like in genshin/tof - they're equally bad, but no f2p game will ever let you have easy time minmaxing things and it's naive to expect the opposite. The main question tho is whether an average geared player will have enough power to complete all contents with f2p gibs (minus leaderboards and damage statistics ofc). That's called being "f2p-friendly". And so far judging from TBT it was pretty good, most of the contents even felt kinda lackluster, I expected something way harder for all the story build-up. The only thing that kinda gave me a hard time were elite difficulty npc-fights, but even then I wasn't even trying hard and memorizing patterns and whatever, just spammed everything, it would be way smoother if I put an actual effort.
Apparently this is an mmo. Looks really good for an mmo and it'll be playable on mobile. I'd rather play this than Blue Protocol (seeing how that game turned out). 😄
Was heavily considering this game but the rng weapon advancement is a huge drawback. I've had my fill of it in other games as well.. cough cough tof.. Maybe the rest of the game will make playing worth it but I dunno, time will tell.
I guess another con one should keep an eye out once the game is out. This game has been considered "king of all P2W games". Hopefully that isn't an issue for global, especially since we already have the bloody rng advancement attached to it.
I can skip a bad story but rng weapon enhancement is a major turnoff for me. If it’s really bad, I might have to skip the endgame for this title, which is a shame.
My first impression is... what a hard game to pick up. I hate it when a game nitpicks stuffs, features, systems, and other things from two or more different game categories to make one game. Pick your poison and establish the identity of your game. It just so hard to deal with, especially when those systems they use are the brain rotting ones, like the rng weapon stats and energy system. Also games with mish mashed systems feels so cheap Maybe I'm saying this in retrospect, but it doesn't feek like mmo at all. You can use energy system in an mmo, but not in the grand scheme of things. I'm gonna look for more details to decide whether I'm gonna play this. Your review on the smooth, immersive, and interactive combat is what's keeping me interested. Most mmo combats are interactive and immersive, but NOT smooth.
id rather play a gacha then a game with rng gear enhancement systems that prevents you from doing content if your gear doesn't meet the requirements. in genshin the only rng that really matters is winning the 50/50 after that the character can do all the content. in games like lost ark (insanely p2w with literally dozens of rng gear enhancement systems dont recommend to anyone) you are constantly prevented from doing content because of rng. imagine if genshin had content that required c1-c6 for the character to enter that is what lost ark is.
Thats what I said to myself too. Same with launcher so I signed up as a joke and wound up getting accepted. That said it seemed pretty solid for the time I spent playing it, so have to see how things go on full release since technical beta ends tonight.
@@snowball03-boop so is this a "true MMORPG" where you can see all the online players in the map? I was asking that question specifically because all the videos looked like that and no one specifically mentioned anything about it. And for the record, you did not even answer my question.
@@milmil5350 thanks for the feedback however, blue protocol is a gacha game, it might be mmo just like tower of fantasy but they are both based on the gacha mechanics
@@dave-bennett Just because Blue protocol has gacha in the cosmetic shop it does not mean it's a gacha game lol otherwsie Apex legends and all lootboxes games are.

looks like kritika online with that energy system

where will this be released on PC? steam or epic?
The way players use skills is very similar to AK endfield ..
where do we get this game? its not on playstore or steam?

The RNG weapon upgrade ends my interest. I'm not dealing with that crap.
This one is much better than that trash

berserker looks a little too similar to berserker in dfo

is this Cal Scrubbys lil brother?
Is this another genshin impact? it's just a co-op up to 4 players?
Not every anime styled game is a link to frickin' Genshin, c'mon.

8:22 If mmo without rng everything is ez to get and the game will be trash
Meh, looks very basic, i smell another euthyll, if that is how it’s called
I know what you're talking about but that game isn't an mmo. So I don't think it's a good comparison. The experience will be significantly different.
Looks very meh to me they even copied tower of fantasy ui
is this a GACHA game ? think that's important to mention
Maybe no
It's an mmo. Same category as WoW, Blue Protocol, etc. Not a gacha.

@@oultrox8275 now you are making yourself look stupid - it's a gacha game as it uses the gacha mechanics - sheesh
Can you customize characters in any way?
Yes but it's pretty limited. Classes are also gender-locked
