I've been working out once a week at the fitness centre. I'll be going into 2 times a week work-outs soon. I also do a short work-out at home almost everyday. I'm feeling not bad overall. Thanks for your concern and thanks for checking out my video.

Last time I was there, I did see they raised the 2 topping with rice order by 55 cents. I didn't pay attention to the other prices. Time will tell how they price their items. Thanks for checking out my video.
