This was simply myself mapping a Grounded Permadeath run to watch back as I attempt it, an I thought I’d just upload it to UA-cam for convenience and for anyone else who may find it helpful❗️ Im new to Permadeath so there’s probably a lot of easier routes than mine. If you know any feel free to share links of strats to this feed❗️ Key points: 02.18 Be sure to place the stun bomb nicely to the side of the runner and stalker, this ensures a successful stun. Sometimes throwing it directly at them doesn’t always work, probably just another symptom of the weird AI behaviour on 60FPS mode❗️ 06.03 The classic strat here of shooting the woman aiming at Dina then killing the guy with the pole doesn’t seem to work on the remastered version at 60fps, but this works strat works fine requiring a bit speed❗️ 06.32 Wait for the WLF solider to fully take cover before throwing the Molotov, this prevents the woman to he’s right from running into the room right of her. Then simply throw the second cocktail at her when the WLF soldier running towards her an is close enough to where he catches fire🔥 The rest of the school I find extremely consistent for myself. I opt to not stealth kill the three reinforcements from the roof as it can be random and tedious. Il always resort to using ammo if it proves easier and more reliable❗️ 08.49 It’s entirely up to you which firearm you use, I just use a pistol as a demonstration❗️ 09.25 Be sure to not shoot the WLF until the other one is out of your sight otherwise you’ll take a bullet instantly❗️ 18.06 You don’t need to dive here, just for me it seemed to always prevent getting hit when running first the grab❗️ 21.33 Spam triangle waiting for that runner❗️
Glad you’re posting these. I swear there’s strategies I did in the original that don’t seem to work in the remaster. Looking forward to Flooded Mall, Trainyard, and Tilted Buildings.

Great job, Perry. These look pretty good. I have to say I'm sure the Remaster probably changed the RNG of enemy pathing cycles from the OG, since features like frame rate adjustments can affect them. On the OG, for Courthouse, the first clicker that you killed can sometimes bark before turing around when you crawled under the desk. Im not sure if that doesn't happen anymore, but it is safer to wait near the left of the desk, as a contingency in case the Clicker does bark in that one cycle when it walks in your direction. Other than that, all the other strats look pretty consistent
Yeah it’s weird some differences in the remaster. The strangest thing I’ve seen is for some reason on supermarket Jackson when you squeeze through the shelf’s the animation seems to be slower than the original (weird) an as for the courthouse I did it a hell of a lot of times and never seen the clicker do that so I’m guessing it’s simply the remaster lol either that or I lucked out way too much.
