James seemed to have the word epic in his mind but realized he was running out of pages to follow the epic ness. I'm starting an echo of things to come and would like to at least hear a review. If not, after starting, I would get not continue. I'm mainly curious about the development of his writing and see where it goes. That's about th only motivation I have for the sequel.
It kinda sucks that it felt this way. We heard so many good things about this series and it just didn't land for us. We haven't read An Echo of things to come either and we hope James' writing does improve! I have been wanting to read the Will of the Many but I'm nervous it'll be a let down too.
