It was a memorable night for Real Madrid, with captain Karim Benzema awarded the Ballon d’Or 2022 and goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois the Yashin Trophy 2022 following a stunning season in which the pair played key roles in LaLiga and Champions League triumph.
