    I heard b4 olive oil method was false , so I'm unsure now
    I have also seen people prepare whatever food in Mason jars and pop few pcs garlic on top of it say few pcs on beef for ex or carrots for ex so now nor sure about this , did a few pcs garlic which will obviously be on the top ruin entire jar? When u hear 2 opposites hard to know

    Wonder if dehydrating lessens the effect of nutrients etc ?

    I ferment some of my garlic in honey to preserve it. It is shelf stable so it doesn’t take up space in the fridge and adds great flavor to all sorts of dishes. My favorite is stir fry. I also dehydrate some and blend it into garlic powder. ua-cam.com/video/xQUKPa3Djhc/v-deo.html

      Yes I do this n sometimes just eat a spoonful good cold medicine n good for immune system anyway I put on chicken dishes
