Korpisalo looked great in his first start. Tracked pucks well and filled the spaces between the bars. So, everything is fine! Lets go B's! We're all coping over here LQB family!
Korpisalo has an idol of Glenn “Chico”Resch sitting on top of his locker. “I’d be better if I wasn’t on a bad team.” A few players will be cycled just to separate the cream of the crop. We are watching the rebuilding process and I’m not worried. Quick question, when the trade deadline rolls around, outside of player swaps, do we have picks to sacrifice or will it be a quiet deadline? 3rd season here. 55th season for me. Go B’s!!!!!!!
I agree with most of it, but I think Johnson looked good and deserved a contract, he wasn’t crazy, but he played like he should, high speed pressure with good decision the merkulov pass was because of a great exit pass by Johnson. I think we should offer him a league minimum and keep him as a 14th forward. And Brazeau or kastelic as the 13th and the best of Lysell or merkulov in the nhl and the other in the ahl. We need a veteran player like him. It will be a long season…

Tufte and Brazeau have similar profiles;big guys who can each net 20 or so goals at the AHL level. Of course, bigger guys have a tendency to mature later, so that they are still in there and playing through it all is keeps them on the path to a few breakthrough seasons. Last night I kept hearing Tufte's name, particularly in the first two periods. Yeah, Braz had a great backhander/goal. Interestingly, Tufte was drafted by Dallas #25 overall; a 6-6' 230 LW. He played in Colorado's system where he netted 23 last year and 19 the prior year for the CO Eagles. I believe both of these guys will be in the lineup going down the stretch. Moving two big guys from the AHL level that can each net 20+ to the next level is huge. Braz has made the adjustment and everyone has him slotted even after him being out with injury after getting called up. Tufte was just getting called up by the Avalanche. A perfect situation for the B's would be to have these two guys find/play their NHL game. Both are on that path...
Brad Marchand on the uphill battle for Fabian Lysell or Georgii Merkulov to crack the Boston Bruins lineup even after a solid preseason performance vs. the Capitals on Tuesday night: “Yeah, [the preseason win] was encouraging, But [playing] 'pretty well' needs to be even better. For those guys to make the team, you’ve got to push guys out that are on [contract] term and have big deals and stuff like that. 'Pretty good' is not going to cut it. If you’re happy with that then you’ve got a long way to go. It’s a good step, but they need to continue to grow and be better, not just making plays…but also being clean with the puck and not turning it over, and things like that. “So they’re showing that they’re skilled players, but there’s a lot more to it than making a couple of plays. To make it at this level consistently, you’ve got to steal somebody’s job. That’s the biggest thing. How can you raise the bar to take a job and push somebody out? That’s what they need to get to. They played well…definitely better than the first game. They need to continue to grow and elevate. I hope they can because we need young guys to continue to grow and push the pace and allow guys to not get comfortable on this team. We need the young bodies to come in and help the team, and that’s what great organizations do when they build internally. They had a good game, but they’ve got a long way to go.”
I will say if you don’t know much about where loke is playing he is playing for my hometown on the east coast, the Moncton wildcats in the QMJHL, there pretty much all in this year they have a projected top 10 pick for the upcoming nhl draft, loke, like 10 guys affiliated with nhl teams, juraj pekarcik from at Louis, Dylan McKinnon from Nashville, and etienne morin from Calgary along with a bunch of other good players, needless to say he’s going to a good team and he’s also going to a team that just hired a coach from UNB, who won the national championship in Canada last year and went 43-0, guys probably the best coach in Canada for junior hockey. Moncton is going to make loke a wayyyy better player, the bruins will be happy, besides our captain is from there 😉
New article out state Shershkin and Swayman are going for broke. They are trying to change goalie salaries and want 8 years 10 million. Time to trade Swayman in Blockbuster Deal. Sorry guys Swayman has to go.
Crazy cause McLaughlin seemed to be on a good start when he debuted against the kings I believe back in 2021/22?? in that nasty beating the bruins gave them lol
Brazeau was born to be a bruin. Guy just knows his job and does it and I love him for it

Justin brazeau.we need him on this team
Je is a 4th line guy.
Where does he fit now?
@@prattfamilytree 4th line RW most likely. He and Jones would guve that line a dangerous scoring touch

Man, I love these videos! Thank you.
I'm not a big fan but Lysell looked good.
Lots of positives…that training needs to keep rolling!!!!
I'm not worried about korpisalo because I trust goalie bob and I remember his insane performance in game 1 cbj vs tampa that went to 5 ots
When he actually has a half decent team his numbers are good La good numbers and cbjs playoff years he had good numbers
I would put my faith in Goalie Bob making tandem of Karpisola and Bussi work. Let Swayman walk. No 8 by 8 deal for Sway. Sorry.
Man, I love the B's but I am starting to get more excited about the review videos than I am the game itself! Never disappoints!

U should make ur own lineup at the end of the preseason
I liked Lysell tonight, but needs to work on his stick handling of the puck. He gets poke checked way too much.
Did anyone else notice the NESN No Tie night?? Guess we are all on preseason..
low qual just wanted to say you look great (super healthy) compared to how you looked at channel start, keep it up bro 💪
Ladies and gentleman that is a shutout for korpi he’s our guy
Merkolov skating strong

Hopefully Duran can continue to show out with the remaining time
I would say if Lysell scould do what he did last night (overall), he was doing enough - i just want to see it with more consistency. I bekieve in him

Oesterle was balls tonight. I didn't see much of the game because my feed was fucky all night, but I did notice him. In a not at all good way.
When he said fuck it I’m Cale Makar then got decked infront of the net by Wilson to a mcmichael goal
@@8thGenSlowccord Wilson almost killed Lysell. And Lysell put himself in that position, which is a shock when Wilson is involved in a collision.

Hes so right
Merkulov looked so slippery and devilish when he had the puck. Still mad that they gave him only like 3 games last year lol.
We call that "Cope-isalo "
Brazeau could be a bigger, stronger version of JVR in his prime.
Why no one step up for Lysell when he gets clobbered by Wilson into the boards ?
Was it clean?
Frederic-Poitras-Brazeau is an ideal 3rd line

We should heve an all rookie line, these players need to develop at the pro level even if it means dealing with the growing pains of rookie players.
GO B’SSS
Brazeau looking good! Lysell has a chance, merk probably not gonna make it.sweezy starting to look good where the hell he come from 😂😂
Great team game, Korps looked great and will only get better under goalie Bob. Cut Swayman and his overpriced ego loose
Lysell lives

The biggest problem with Johnson is if Swayman gets signed we will most likely have $200 k or less in cap space.
Trade Swayman
Carlo at 50 % speed would be doubtful to make Providence. Lindholm was great.
Sorry, H Lindholm 😆
Merkulov is too small. It was evident last night.
Wish we'd get a Swayman dub
Fix the boston bruin flag upright please
It covers a window I think
There is an empty space at RW and on the wall!!! LOW Qual subliminal conversation I say.
Surprised we didn’t get any injuries. Wilson was trying to kill people all game
