I want to say how thankful I am for this video. I am involved in a lien action against a client whom we did work for, and they unfortunately, forced our hand to register a lien on their property. Unfortunately the economics of the small amount of the claim does not warrant or allow for the services of a seasoned lawyer and I have been forced to represent myself.
