I've made speaker builds with amps in random tool cases like dewalt... watch out for that battery pack. You can easily run the 18650 cells in that pack below a certain voltage to where the charger won't charge it up and it is a process to try to fix that and try rtv silicone sealant bro. Use it on every cut out. Put a bead around the speakers and little amp and power button cut outs and even the entire area the case opens cause I know you have a lot of air leaks in multiple places...
Awesome! But I recommend stuffing the inside with cotton wool.

Very nice! I think I will have to make something like that myself =) But the "Battery Capacity Indicator" won't cut the power when the Voltage is getting too low right? The user will have to keep an eye on the indikator?

The speakers really came out quality, and they give good bass and no cotton wool.
I even thought of putting silicone between the two covers, but there was no need because there are no unwanted vibration sounds.
I shoot the videos after I get home from work or on weekends.🤦♂️

At first I also thought that there would be vibrations and I was going to close it with silicone, but after I tried it, the sound was very clean and I decided to leave it like that. Maybe the battery adapter also helped a little, because while installing I tightened the two covers.

Very interesting build. I also found parkside batteries very helpful for hundred of projects. But you made mistake, do not pack the FM antenna with other wires. you lost signal.
Nice work! 👍 Neatly done! I don't want to be rude, or anything, but can you check if the right speaker has the polarity in the right place. It looks like the left speaker is firing outwards, and the right one is firing inwards.

with that platic soft case i bet the sound is bad... good idea thought... make exact same thing but with just wooden box...
If possible, listen to the intro with headphones or on a good music system and you will feel the bass.
I also thought that the quality would be very bad, but I was surprised that it turned out even better than this one

Great video. How many watts does this pit out cheers, also looks like the speakers are wired out of faze to me but could be wrong. Next time try adding a passive radiator on the back to help with bass or make one that's 2.1 with a subwoofer in it.
The module is 2 x 40W you mean the wires that go to the tweeters?
@@ErCanEverything no the main speaker cone one is pushing and and is pulling. One is going in and one is going out. They are moving in opposite directions by the looks of it but could be wrong
I noticed this but when checked the cables, everything was properly connected, even in the video you can see it. I think this is due to the fact that there is no hole and that's why they move like that🤔
@@ErCanEverything having no hole shouldn't make the speakers move in opposite directions. Loads of Bluetooth spekaers you buy on eBay or Amazon don't have holes and don't have that problem but amazing build anyways pal. I have a Sony Bluetooth speaker that has no holes and the two speakers play in the same direction. The amp could be wired up back to front

I didn't measure exactly but with 4Ah you can listen for about 5-8 hours at medium volume

Probably not needed with those two big 6.5" cones ...and would have to be fitted to back which would affect the looks I think?
Because there wasn't enough space in the front, so I decided to mount it in the back

@@ErCanEverything Another question if you may. I used your link to purchase the power button switch, but the one I recieved had 4 pins. (Silver Power Red, Momentary self-reset, 12-24V(12V24V), 12mm) Looks like yours only have 3pins. Do you know how I should solder the cables to a 4 pin with the same set-up as you have?
I fount out of the wiring, but ordred the wrong switch. Should have been the latching version. Orderes a new one.

I thought the same but I watched the video again and the connections seem correct. It is probably an issue with the amplifier module. Yes, would be a good idea to invert the wires on one of the speakers to see if it works better.
Where's the magic 80W? Power from this audio unit is maybe 3+3W. PAM8403?
You just need to hear live, on video you can not understand the power. But I know what you think, and I can't assure you of that. In your opinion, 5W amplifier can go crazy 40W speaker to such an extent? Simply the microphone automatically corrects the noise. 😉
