・ Recipe for cooking:
Chicken fillet - 3 pcs.
Make cuts
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Pepper mixture - 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Peppers - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
olive oil
Rub the spices into the chicken breast
Frying oil
Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Red onion - 1 pc.
Cut into half rings
Garlic - 2 cloves
Finely chop
Put the chicken on the plate
Butter - 1 tablespoon.
Add the onion and cook until tender.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
French mustard - 1 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons.
Honey - 2 tablespoons
Light beer - 150 ml.
Mix well so that the honey dissolves in the beer.
Add the sauce to the pan.
Simmer on low heat until the liquid evaporates
parsley - a few sprigs
Finely chop
Put the chicken back in the pan
Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for a few more minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley for decoration.
