Hey mate! Not at all. I still regularly program loaded carries but I would classify them as an essential movement like the 8 above.

If i don't like doing pullups can i do lat pulldowns?
It will work similar muscle groups but that’s not the reason they’re on my list. I’d recommend getting good at them if you’ve got an athletic goal.

@@jtperformance_ for future videos - can you do one on top end speed training? My current sprint training is just 1 v 1 evasion tag.
