- Today we're looking at the wonderful twilight zone episode "To Serve Man"
I hope you enjoy the video and thank you for watching.
Please like, comment and share the video around if you've enjoyed it as the UA-cam algorithm is a cruel mistress.
🗣 "I saw this back in the day & it Scared The Living Daylights out of me,...Now I'm 70yrs old & I bought this show & see it again & again,...GoooD Episode of the Twilight Zone !! " 👍
It's definitely a classic.
This is easily the best or one of the best Twilight Zone episodes,JB.There aren't many people on the Earth who wouldn't recognize the line "IT"S A COOKBOOK !!!".
I think you're right. the twist is so memorable that even if you haven't seen it, you probably know it.
The piggy man thing on the airplane wing is great too
I highly recommend following episodes:
- Eye of the Beholder
- The Monsters are Due on Maple Street
- Mirror Image
- It's a Good Life
- Nightmare at 20000 Feet
I will look into all of these.
I hope everyone enjoys this look at the Twilight Zone. What are some other episodes I could cover? Also I may have to use more still images as this one got flagged for copyright. I have disputed it, but it takes 30 days for them to respond and they usually wait the full 30 days and I wanted to get the video up. Anyways I hope you enjoy it.
'The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street' is another great episode. It's still relevant today given everything that's going on in the world.
@@GM98420 I will check that one out. Thank you.
Every episode
@@tristanbeaumont8048 hahaha sounds good

Living Doll always scared the hell out of me
I always laugh at that scene in Naked Gun 2 that references this episode, it's so random but it works perfectly.
The naked gun movies in general are just gold.
Cover the parallel, it was interesting and kinda scary at the same time. that one always stuck with me growing up.
I will add it to the list
Haha i get the reference now in The animated film Madagascar. One of the lemurs finds a book with a text, "to serve lemurs." And the lemur screams. "IT'S A COOK BOOK!!"
Oh that's funny. I've never seen that movie, but that's a nice little nod.
Banger video. Love this episode of the Twilight Zone. Can you do the Eye of the beholder? One of my favorite TZ episodes. I feel the same. I feel like I was born in the wrong era lol. I prefer old music, movies, horror movies than the ones we have in the present.
I will definitely add that one to the list of a million videos I want to do hahah.
@@JBSpookyReview nice. Looking forward to it.
That telepathic alien is Richard Kiel btw, aka Jaws from 007
He's great. I knew him more from the film Happy Gilmore when I was a kid,
I love that one picture with him behind her he's about to tell her "you're next on the menu"
I don't know where that's from, I randomly found it online, but I like it.
I literally wrote a song like 2 weeks ago called "Serrac The Preparer" and ended with the "...then mission accomplished" sample ha
Haha what are the odds.
UNDERRATED CHANNEL OMG
Thank you so much, I really appreciate that.
I recommend the howling man (pretty sure I got the title right; I think it was season 2). For being 98% dialogue the show flies by, and the camera angles were crazy good. A slightly toned down kind of the tilted angles you see in films like cabinet of dr caligari, just without feeling like you're drunk and high. Another one that younger people would think is corny and predict the end before rod even comes in to introduce it, but still in my top ten
Sounds interesting I'll keep it in mind.
Oh... and they are on the way
I hope so.
Naked gun 2. Its a cook book!
I love naked gun.
Did you ever watch _The Outer Limits?_ It's similar to _The Twilight Zone,_ same vibe but leaning a bit more towards science fiction rather than fantasy or the supernatural. It started in 1963 with two seasons and then had a revival starting in 1995 with seven more seasons. It has a lot of good episodes and if you ever review them, one of my requests would be the episode _"Déjà Vu"_ (S05E16), with Kevin Nealon and Ronny Cox.
Edit: Ah, I see you have one Outer Limits video on your channel so you're familiar with it.
I know of the outer limits, but have never seen the classic series.
Conference of "...all the important countries!" line.
Haha right!
YOOOOOOOOOO!!!
YOOOOOOO!!!
The Simpsons version actually has a better plot: humanity's suspicion and untrusting nature disgusts the aliens so they don't help us.
Yeah I think they switched it up so people wouldn't know where it was going.
Burpppp!....
You've got something on your chin.
The Russian Ambassador.. suspicious as usual
Oh those silly russians.
Makes sense.... Newark smells like a toilet, or at least the airport does
Lmao I've never been
Its isnt Twilight Zone. They never was all up each like that.
well alrighty.
To serve sausages hahahahahahah
Haha I like it.
😂
right?
It’s takeaway tonight dear do you want Chinese or Indian!
I'm thinking Italian.
Newark Jersey😂 I know this is a little off topic, but I can't help but think what Johnny Boy and Junior Soprano are telling their crew about these aliens landing since it's the 60s and its literally there turff
Hahaha I can only imagine.
Yes people who like that good clasics are really born in the wrong generation
I agree
