I just picked one up too and I absolutely love it but I found a stress fracture do you know what type of aluminum the 996 frames are made out of I found a guy that can fix it I just need to find the exact type of aluminum that is used
Yes sir! Still have it with 60,000 miles and I LOVE IT. If you get it, you MUST change the cam chain tensioners to manual, the auto cam chain tensioners that come on the bike, fail often, and will destroy your head. Other than that these bikes are tanks and run forever.
@@matthewHizzle well the bike did it under battery power, so chances of being bent are slim to ish. I'm going to reset the timing, run a compression test. If it fails the front head is coming off, if it passes I'm going to just be weary of it
