Harley Quinn | The Best of Clayface's Stephanie | HBO Max - Фільми й анімація
There is NO way Stephanie was just a character Clayface made on a whim. He's been living that life for months
MONTHS?! I say years, look at how he quickly and instantly transformed into Steph
Everyone on campus already knows Steph. He just needed to activate his secret identity.
Guy had a nickname the shyish nerdy girl used comfortably. He's been there since Highschool.
full method
I have a theory that he was already secretly going to the countryside even before Riddler take it to go to acting classes and hook up with teenagers, because besides being an actor he is obviously gay
"I can't believe Chad set me up! I BROKE MY PURITY RING FOR HIM!"
Jesus, Clayface's dedication as Stephanie is a 10/10

Wonder how that clay"mud puss felt. Iean, always wet and literally can move on its own, like not just clench but twist, stroke or vibrate.
Chad must have been very pleased.
@@reaper78541 52/10. It IS DC.
@@GZilla311 I understood that reference
From an animation standpoint, it's refreshing to see a female character with a huge range of rubber-faced emotions. A lot of cartoon girls have very static faces intended to keep them "pretty", but Stephanie isn't afraid of making her face a garish mask for the sake of selling a scene.
I noticed this too and loved the wacky expression
Apologies for sounding like a weeb, but there's an anime called "Asobi Asobase" where the main girls make the most downright hilarious facial expressions whenever they scream. It's one of the most hilarious shows I've ever seen!
@@MikeAruba69yeah I second that vote of confidence for the humor in Asobi Asobase. I also recommend.
Yknow... thats a real good observation

Well he is an actor lol
Okay but if clayface can hold character this long, be believable enough to fool real college students and change into anyone....How the hell is he not an A list villain or famous actor in this show?! I think I'm actually terrified of him now.
sometimes is because he can't control his forms.
when he can, he really becomes useful. in comics, as of recently, he is considered ally and member of the extended batfamily
That’s the beauty of Batman’s Rouge Gallery, everyone one of his villains are incredibly unique and deadly but have some semblance of humanity that makes them far more interesting than other villains.
He’s an actor first and a villain second
@@capricorn3910 King of condiments?
He's not an A-class villain because he doesn't use his powers for evil, but rather to act, in one episode Harley gets pissed off at him for discovering that he can get giant, but never did it because he thought it was useless
Alan Tudyk speaking in a valley girl accent is genuinely one of the best moments of the series.
The studio must've been laughing their BUTTS off 🤣🤣🤣
More than that, he's speaking in a Valley Girl accent in Clayface's voice! It may not sound like much, but that's one of the hardest things for a voice actor to pull off.
@@VivaLaDnDLogs it's the other way around actually, the voice is hard to get right, and make is sound like a real voice with it's own intonation, pitch changes etc.
At that point adding a new accent after you "unlocked" the voice is not that of an issue
Alan Tudyk is one of the best* ftfy cause he ain't just the best when speaking, or in this series lolol
Alan Tudyk should have been Carnage in Venom 2.
This weirdly actually fits him. The original Clayface was an actor who got maimed and loved acting and fame so much he tried an experimental cream that allowed him to reshape his face back to beautiful, only to try and steal or skimp out on paying for it and being punished by having a vat of the stuff poured on him. He would love the opportunity to act like this.
That's not exactly what happened. It's not that he tried to skip out on it it's that every time he did Tried to repay them the price just kept going up-and-up. And they kept asking for favors. And they kept demanding more. Basically he was in their pocket. He was never going to be his own person again.
@@amyschildgamerlive4519 Ah indeed. I hadn't watched it since I was a little kid but you are right. Was almost like blackmail but using his vanity.
@@Cajaquarius Yes but not Just vanity. It got to a point where he could no longer hold human form for very long without using Is that make up. That's another way they kept him in their pocket. He couldn't keep his human form without continued use of the stuff and only they were capable of providing him with more make up. So it's not "like" blackmail so much as legitimately blackmail.
@@Cajaquarius in a sense he was almost as much a tragic character as Freeze/Frieze (multiple spellings... sheesh) was.
@@Cajaquarius Or at least that's how the character was portrayed in the DCAU. Let's not forget he existed much longer than that in the comics.
can’t believe Chad just gave her the weekend. Damn Chad.
HE HAS A LIFE! Sure, it's fine for some people to just have fun. But Chad wants a relationship, it's not fair to just keep him on the hook if it's never going to become anything!
@@tyrant-den884 sure that’s a good explanation. But he also shouldn’t rush things too fast. A relationship with someone is a big thing, he could’ve given Stephanie like the next week or something, maybe even more.
I mean what the fuck dude. This isn't some weekend conversation this is a relationship we're talking about.

Between this, and the joker becoming a dedicated stay-at-home dad, I'm pretty sure we'd watch a spin-off about anybody except Harley at this point. xD
I think Clayface took inspiration for Stephanie's outfit from Clueless. I love the idea of Clayface being a fan of early 2000s and 90s chick flicks and the y2k Era of fashion.
I was wondering who would notice this. It's not an exact match, but "Stephanie's" outfit definitely has those Alicia Silverstone Clueless vibes. If she looked any more like Clueless' Cher, Gen Zers would say she's ripping off Iggy Azalea from her "Fancy" video.
Clueless is also the name of the live action clue movie, it has a young Tim curry in it, highly recommend it.

Harleys not being able to wear a crop top because she can’t find something to pair it with is a huge mood
relatable
Just match it with something white or black.
@@KidRunnerH it's not just the color, there so much more to it
@@diegodeluquev1433 gods, I just made a crop top specifically for an outfit that I altered like 6 times…it’s struggle being fashionable
@@diegodeluquev1433 Understood, but it’s a simple solution. White and black are neutral colors that go with any outfit, tertiaries, color compliments, and basic combinations are often enhanced by a hue… yadda, yadda, bla bla bla.
Point being, it helps. Also try not to use more than 4 colors for an outfit because it’s far easier to clash 5 than it is to match 3 or 4.
Ex: Steph has red hair and lipstick, which is complimentary to purple because both colors are opposite to one another in terms of warm to cool, but pair next to one another on the color wheel. Yellow by contrast is directly across from purple on the color wheel, it being a warm bold opposite to purple paired with white allows for a neutral resting spot for the eyes between such vibrancy. Which is why the thigh highs bring the whole thing together on a mostly purple and yellow outfit.
I suppose what I’m getting at is that Harley needs more brighter clothes of plain solid colors in her wardrobe if she intends to use black as the main accent for a purple crop… kinda puts a damper on the whole playing card aesthetic. Like if she could find an off pink jacket the same shade as her shirt it could work.
And anyone looking to diversify the colors they wear should have multiple plain color options to mix and match more complex outfits easier.
Stephanie isnt even an act now, she is an oitlet for Clayface to be as dramatic as he actualy is without holding back. And grew into something larger than a person or life....im not calling you fat Steph

Alan Tudyk is a gem. He’s crazy as a f*ckin’ loon, but he’s good at what he does 😂
I swear Clay face can be the only person in this show and it would still be amazing
I'd miss shark king sooo much.
Not without harls
I like how comfortable clay face is in Stephanie’s character 😂😂😂
"let's face it, he/she is pulling your top better that you ever did" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
“Hunter’s got areolas the size of *slap* (in normal voice) pancakes.”
“I BROKE MY PURITY RING FOR HIM!”
He’s too good for an Oscar.
But do they also have butter, maple syrup, and berries on them?
@@voltijuice8576 no but they touch in the middle
@@voltijuice8576 maybe. Parties get far sometimes
@@lasagnatheory9108 - Start with whipped cream on one's pancakes, but by the end of the party it has been churned to butter!
Left areola touching right areola?
Honestly they nailed the fact that clayface has dissociative personality disorder cause of his powers and part of him often loses himself when he becomes his characters
Dude, disosiating that hard requires LOT of trauma, he must have been a really childish person before the accident to get that screwed
Still, the fact that he is now his own species and can just take a chunk and create a new person is just so funny to me
Like, imagine he mocapped for a dog on a movie and methoded too hard! Someone is gettin a poopeehh!1! Eks dee
Retry sure he’s just a method actor or something like that
The riddlers whole arc for the show is amazingly well done background development. He gets RRRRRRRRRIIIIPPPED
Stephanie broke her purity ring for chad! Damn you chad for making her cry
Lol broke the pure Stephanie heart 😂😂
Clayface is my favorite with King Shark super close 1st with him. the voice actor is killing it and he is just into it!
He broke his purity ring for him....... Wait a minute
Wait wait wait ✋ Stephanie broke her purity ring for Chad? 🤨 So how far did Clayface go with Chad? Or maybe I don't want to know
We did not deserve Stephanie. She was too pure for this world!
