- Hello everyone, This video is a day 2 of our Strength and conditioning program. Conditioning 1 is about building our energy system development and enhancing change of direction.
📍 Program index :
Monday (day 1) - Strength 1
Tuesday (day 2) - conditioning 1
Wednesday (day 3) - strength 2
Thursday (day 4) - active recovery
Friday (day 5) - Unilateral
Saturday (day 6) - Conditioning 2
Sunday - (day 7) - match or rest day
📍 Few things to keep in mind before you start following these exercises 👇
1) your age should be 14+
2) you must be injury free now or should not be in a rehabilitation phase.
3) you should not be having any posture issues
4) the program should not be followed during consistent days matches. Post matches or tournaments you can continue or start the program.
5) if you have any doubt related to the exercises, forms, sets & reps, drills etc. please drop your query in comment box.
