the obvious answer is , he is a juvenile, but if he's given a lenient sentence, " deep pocket " Daddy shouldn't be left off the hook and made to serve the sentence his son ideally should have.

basicallay he is below 18 so according to indian laws if he is not tried as an adult he is supposed to go through some rehabilitation program and continue his life in soceity.

@@udayteja4946 If you watched the video, you'll see that the Dad is the "Rich Real Estate Developer" with the money, not Mom. Im certain the car is under Dad's name, not mom's. While I don't know if it was Mom who encouraged him to take the car out, give him money to go out drinking, the car is certainly under Dad's name. so legally he is responsible.

no bro still I think his dad and bar owners should take most of the responsibilities as they shouldn't given him access to drinking or the car. The government did the right thing by trying to stop his addiction and teach him about the society rules. He's life is just starting y'know. As for the death of the girls the adults should take responsibility
