So many things with this video that I believe could be improved.
My notes for a better prep
    1. Turn on UV 10 minutes.
    2. Turn off UV and turn on blower and allow for proper air flow for at least 10 minutes. This will reduce particles, which is what the BSC is designed to do..
    3. Do not wipe with paper towels, they create particles. Use particle reducing towelettes. Spray the towelettes and use those instead of misting inside your BSC.
    4. Every time you exit the BSC wipe your hands with ethanol before re-entering the BSC.
    5. Use a microbial agent first by wetting your towelette with it, then enter the BSC and start wiping in a singular direction right to left, starting from the back and slowly in an overlapping fashion move toward the front. Allow contact time of at least 10 minutes. 10% Bleach can be used. 1 part household bleach 9 parts water. Ethanol does not kill spores .
    6. Drench your towelette with your 70% ethanol wipe in a singular direction right to left slowly in an overlapping fashion starting from the back. When done Allow 10 minutes of contact time.
The reason why you wipe slowly in an overlapping fashion, is to ensure complete coverage without disrupting the air flow and to reduce particle counts.
Your surface is now ready to work upon.
When done. Wipe again, as above, with the microbial agent first, wait 10 minutes, then the 70% alcohol, waiting 10 minutes. Then close the sash and turn on the UV light for at least 10 minutes.

Where should we discard the waste ? Inside the 10% bleach solution ?

A BSC is an ISO 5 and it is disinfected. The use of sterilized is incorrect here. Also teaching individuals to clean in a circular is incorrect technique for industry. This is a very hard habit to break.

I've worked in hoods since the '90s. 504 stainless steel (which a well built hood should be made of) will not corrode due to regular cleaning with ethanol or isopropyl alcohol. Most manufactures (like Nuaire) actually suggest using these products to clean and disinfect.

No, it will not. 10% bleach however will do that.
