I have night terrors like that as well. Will literally wake up to someone standing over me reaching for me. I've had one in college where I woke up and a guy was standing at the end of my bed and threw a spear at my head. I almost broke my door down, ran out the front door, and was standing in the middle of the street at 3 AM with just my boxers on.

I have this too. It's called a parasomnia. Had them for about 7 years now, where I'll see people, objects, insects, etc around or in my bed that aren't actually there. Ever since I started eating healthier, exercising regularly, and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule they've decreased tremendously. 99% sure if x adjusted his life style his night terrors wouldn't be an issue, at least not to this extent.

he has horrible night terrors because of his diet and sleep time. I used to have them often, I remember diving down a flight of stairs one time.
I mean don’t get me wrong it doesn’t help that his diet etc is bad but nah he literally has ptsd sadly. He’s been getting swatted since he lived in an apartment during ow days and even when he moved to Texas he constantly got swatted getting woken up by ar’s in his face.
