UPDATE: The former owner used "hondabond" a gasket maker compound around the diaphragm so the diaphragm was glued to the body and the accelerator pump nozzle orifice's were completely plugged.
Bogging is a sign of too much fuel and not enough spark. I use iridium spark plugs on my 06 TTR 250 and it makes a lot of difference from starting cold, throttle response and acceleration. Also reset your mixture screw, start with half a turn out from screwed all the way in
i think this is normal. when the gas is suddenly opened, the accelerator pump releases a lot of fuel, so the engine stalls. on my tt250r raid the same effect. Evaluate the quality of the mixture by the color of the spark plug carbon.
Then how do you stop it from bogging because that's happening to mine when I go drive my dirt bike and hit the gas it starts bogging until I switch to the next gear and then it starts bogging again what am I doing wrong or what do I got to do to fix that

Leaning out on initial throttle snap can also cause bog. Lean bog is a big thing in small Honda bikes with non pumper slide carbs.
You need to rejet and do the de-restriction stuff. It comes lean in stock form.
The accelerator pump is bad easy fix mine did the same replaced the pump she runs fine now
Is that the valves ticking? Mine does it to. Was gonna tackle it
Thats cool i hafto do something like this to mine

Accel pump is supposed to prevent lean bog I would've thought
Thats normal if you turn the gas too fast
Gas treatment will take that right out and 108 octane booster
This happens to me because the rule screen in my carb was full of junk

Carb
Mine dose that too
😂
