I've seen them live a million times. Just plain love Jeff Keith's singing. Such an amazing band, but nothing will ever compare to that first time on the In The Round tour with Def Leppard. Hands down the greatest concert I ever went to.
Jeff sounds great ...but it never helps that these people taping these shows and posting them here on YT insist on burying his vocals with boosted bass in the audio portion of their videos... It would be nice if any of them had ears. We might be able to accurately judge Jeff's vocals and hear him then. Sometimes less is more ;) sigh.
Jeff has been such an intrinsic part at making and maintaining every aspect of this band work lyrically and musically that this band might not be the same without him but I do know what you are talking about with the songs sounding more qualitative with better vocals and harmonies!!!!!!!!
