I had KPI's at my previous accounting job. I fell behind for a few monthe and figured I was in serious trouble. Months after finishing that job I would wake up with night sweats wondering if I met my KPI's. True story.

Sup Rob, I see nobody helped you out with your request, looks like we're all noobies on this video. I was wondering, after 6 months, what you've uncovered about KPI's and how your job in management is coming along. Presuming you passed your presentation interview. P.S. This guy needs to invest in some SEO. This video is seriously underwatched!
Hi Rob ... it's a bit of a late answer, but perhaps helpful none-the-less. We have been working on an expert-community called MetricHQ. A place where you can learn all about metrics and KPIs, how they are calculated, and why they matter. Hope it helps. www.klipfolio.com/metrics
The problem with KPI's is that they restrict a view to the KPI and because the employee becomes hyper focused on the KPI that affects their review, they don't look at the long term effects. Managers remove the "slop" needed in case things don't go perfect. You can become so efficient you become ineffective. It is a delicate balance.
Your video was shared for class. Well explained and supper helpful!💪🏾🙌🏾

Qualitative Data are non-numerical in nature and not quantative (99% of the time). Looking at revenue per employee is a quantative measurement.
You are right... I should update this in the video. Thanks
