- Come on a Thursday night walking tour of Aria Resort and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. Aria Las Vegas opened in December 16, 2009 as a joint venture between MGM Dubai World. Aria was the center piece of the $9.2 billion CityCenter complex that included The Shops at Crystals, Vdara Hotel & Spa, The Harmon, 63, Veer Towers, and Waldorf Astoria. Aria has 4,004 hotel rooms and 150,000 square feet of gaming space. It has a good selection of restaurants like Jean-Georges Steakhouse, Julian Serrano Tapas, Javier's, Bardot Brasserie, Carbone, Catch, and Din Tai Fung. It is also home to Jewel Nightclub. Parm Famous Italian recently opened in the Proper Eats Food Hall in May 2024.

Can you do some of the same Vegas Casino walks throughout the year?
Mainly during different seasons, events and holidays?
Like Christmas, New Years, Halloween, Valentines Day, etc?
Also, when its empty like one to two weeks before Christmas or Thanksgiving, etc.
It would be interesting to see the contrast.

You are the Master, Steve. I love the Aria….especially the Tapas place. Excellent food. I haven’t tried that Italian sandwich place, but the turkey sandwich is tempting! I noticed that the high end restaurants don’t have prices. That means that they are above my price range. The ambiance has changed a little but it was for the best. Thank you again, sir?
You’re welcome. Yeah, the Tapas place is delicious. I will have to try the Parm Italian sandwich next time. Haha yeah, most people who dine at those places don’t worry about the prices, but I am always curious to know.😂
