- Yes, another video about Pacific Solo Strings, and probably not the last one :)
This video is a quick exploration of how well you can layer Performance Samples' new library "Pacific Solo Strins" with its bigger sister "Pacific Ensemble Strings". The video contains examples for Spiccato and Legato.
(If you're doing this yourself keep in mind that you'll need different track delays for the shorts.)
The sounds in the video are unprocessed except for volume changes (I increased the volume of the solo strings legato patches by about 3 dB) and external reverb (Cinematic Rooms Professional). The Solo Violin is using the slurred transition for all intervalls.

Thank you so much Temme - your kind words always brighten my day!
I'm so hyped for what Japser's gonna do next with Pacific Brass and Woodwinds
Me too!
Thanks for this example! When you say the sounds are unprocessed, does this also mean you didn't change any of the default mic settings?
That's not usually what I mean by that but in this case it's also correct, yes.
